I think the first one is better. i'm thinking about moving form my current location (D.C suburbs) because it's too complicated for dating/socializing here.
theres's too many feminist, lesbians, snobby "upper class" .......who live here

We have been married for ten years and just a had our son. He always has worked a lot of hours. Ever since i' ve had my son, him working so much bothers me more. He owns his business and is there from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday. He also visits his mom every Sunday. I feel frustrated and lonely. I've talked with him on several occasions and he just don't understand. I feel as if I'm married to someone, but not really! He gets upset every time I mention it to him. He says that i'm ungrateful and that I don't appreciate him. I'm frustrated and don't know what else to do?

I don't usually trust or talk to anyone about how i feel or why i act the way i do, not even my parents. It's hard to talk to them. I have a friend that i talk to (he's a guy), and every time i talk to him. everyone in my family thinks i like him. I just finally opened up to him but i don't want to trust or talk more to him than i do with my family (that's not natural). Because I can't really talk to anyone, i've been more stressed than ever! I can't sleep anymore, and just holding it in is gonna to kill me. I'm only 15! So how can i calm my nerves? How can i release my stress?

My "boyfriend" of almost a year turned out to be married all along. He NEVER told me he was married, he swore he was divorced. I had even met his children, his "ex-wife" and his family and NOBODY THOUGHT that I had a right to know he was married. I had made it VERY CLEAR to him when I met him that I DO NOT DATE MARRIED MEN and still he pursued a relationship with me. So after almost a year of dating this jerk I find out he's married because him and his WIFE have decided to get together again. (We had broken up for about three months but he texted me every few days telling me he loves me etc.) I found out that he was married by pure accident because my friend and I were looking through myspace and found his wifes page PLUS HIS OTHER MYSPACE PAGE! Why would this man lie to me for about a year? What makes people be so dishonest? OH and FYI I've cut off all contact with him, I didnt even need to question the fact that he's married it was right there in front of my eyes.

I wrote the ? "Does my boyfriend just want sex or does he like me" and i got great answers. i have another ?
It seems to me all he wants is sex (thanks to the answers to my other question) but when we went to his house i would try to think of other ideas rather than havin sex. I would say somthin like "lets go to the beach" then beg him for half hour, then when he finally gave in he'll say "well get up so we can go" (cause hed always have me sit on his lap so thats why id have to get up first) and then when id try to get up he'd hold on to me and wouldnt let me get up and id really try to get up too but hes way to strong for me and i cant move. then he'd say something like we have to do "somethin"(sex) before we could go
he does this in a joking way more or less but its kinda scary that he does that, and knowing i cant get away if he really did get mad or was drunk one time if i told him i didnt want to have sex that nite is scary
could his "harmless messing around" turn bad

Looking for a few more opinions on this. Just looking for a few more opinions. How has it affected your relationships? Do you find it difficult to communicate with the people in your life that you love the most, and find yourself cutting them out of your life? More specifically, have you had to end a relationship because of it, but couldn't bring yourself to communicate any further with that person even if they were offering support and help?? I've found myself in this situation, and don't know what to do to help him. I'm trying to be a friend to him, but he's not very responsive to me and I don't know if I should leave him be or keep offering support and letting him know I am there so he knows that I haven't abandoned him. I'm just having a hard time trying to figure out his unresponsiveness. He doesn't seem to want anything to do with me

I'm a lucky stay at home mom with three kids 6yrs and younger. The problem is, I often feel overwhelmed with house work, laundry, cooking and tending to my childrens needs. I often fall short. I've talk to him about how I feel and he prettty much refusses to help me with anything pertaining to the home or children saying that it's my job, not his and makes comments about me trying to take advantage of him telling me I'm a "modern day woman" or feminist.
He works hard outside the home and I'm gratful to him for this...
Is there a reasonble amount that he could pitch in when I fall short..I was thinking dinner dishes sometimes, helping me out at bed time(nightmare!! with three). I would appreciate if he would clean up after himself too. I often feel like a house maid.
Maybe I'm looking for some sympothy...and maybe I'm wrong for this.
I want some honest oppinions on what I should or shoulden't be expecting and whether or not I should get over myself.

but then he disappeared...with occasional cryptic emails popping up here and there. he does have bipolar (on medicine). How could I be SO wrong about him being into me? His actions showed it... he gushed about it, too. he jst stopped calling me. just like that. Why was I so convinced -- am I a silly girl?

Me and my wife been seperated almost 9 months and she's been gone. i hear she's going to back to town to get an attorney and start divorce proceedings. deep in my heart i want her back and have the deepest apologies for her. she left not because of me cheating or running around, but just being very negative that i can't land a good career and my negativity i guess drove her away. any help would be appreciated.

Or should i throw in the towel and be done with it?

We are trying to choose our wedding and reception location. Originally we were going to marry at my fiance's family's church (my fiance and I are not religious and were doing it out of respect to his mother- who is) She has made it clear that she is touched we are considering her church, but understands that our beliefs differ from hers and won't be offended if we don't use the church.

Sooooo....we are considering having the ceremony and reception at the same site- the issue is- there isn't enough room to have seperate sites (seating for the ceremony seperate from tables and chairs for reception)

I would appreciate suggestions on how to do this! Would being seated at a table during the ceremony be too odd?

We have been dating for two years (today is our anniversary)... :'-( and we've been having SO many issues and struggles... too many to list here. A lot of our recent problems have to do with my fiance wanting to get too involved in my child support issues and my ex. My ex is really trying to do his best and be a good dad to our six year old son and we just updated our child support. From 250/month to 625/month. Granted, my ex has been making 40,000/yr for the last two years and didn't report it, so he's been jipping us of money our son deserves for two years, but it's fixed now, and I just want to be civil with him for my son's sake. My fiance just wants to "slaughter" him for what he did. I think he (my fiance) will come around, but it's causing quite a few issues with us. I love him so much and he loves me, no doubt about it, but I suggested taking a break to clear our minds. He's kind of leaving it up to me. I'm so scared I'll lose him! Is this a bad idea? I'm so confused!!!!

I am living with my parents now along with my 15 year old daughter. Its hard because my parents especially my mother get upset with me.

She got upset because I left some dishes in the sink and don't vacuum the upstairs how often she wants.

I have had a very bad life because I am divorced and do not have custody of my child.

Yet, my mother gets upset with me for little things probably because I am living in her house. She is also very sensitive and can not take anyone saying anything to her.

I know that I am at fault for doing things wrong so I apologized and said I would clean up more.

In the meantime, how do I deal with her? She says that I don't live like a guest here and gets upset with me. I really feel bad about myself when I talk to her and always have.
