I don't usually trust or talk to anyone about how i feel or why i act the way i do, not even my parents. It's hard to talk to them. I have a friend that i talk to (he's a guy), and every time i talk to him. everyone in my family thinks i like him. I just finally opened up to him but i don't want to trust or talk more to him than i do with my family (that's not natural). Because I can't really talk to anyone, i've been more stressed than ever! I can't sleep anymore, and just holding it in is gonna to kill me. I'm only 15! So how can i calm my nerves? How can i release my stress?

Trust your own judgements. But don't blame others, if you fail. They just may have a much better view of your life. They're offering Love. You need to see it that way. But your chices are ultimately what makes you be you.

A family member or clergy would be your optimum choice! Maybe a school counsellor could help you too! Good Luck!

Try to talk to your family. But if not then talk to that guy. At least it's someone.
