i know that it might sound a silly question, but my best friend's birthday is in 2 weeks....she's turning 20, and i really wanna get her sth special cuz she means a lot to me , but i just have no idea what to get her...so plz i would realy appericaite any ideas here....thx :)

My bf dumped me when i am 7 mos preggo. he was a complete a**hole to me and sent me a horrrible e-mail saying he has another gf. his family does not know I am preggo. I am financially independent, but I feel completely betrayed by him, b/c he wanted this baby to. His family has money, they own a business where he works, although he never paid for anything while we were dating. Should I go after him for child support or what. I have a lawyer. Just wondering if anyone had real problems with this. Any success stories.

I was caught lying about my credit card balance but it's all in the open now and I no longer have any secrets. Yet my husband has lied to me about his whereabouts and I am pretty sure he cheated on me. I feel like both are lies but his is worse. Some would say that I lied, he lied so we're even. Anyone want to weigh in on this? I want to confront him but he's the type to throw my mistakes back in my face.

My b/f recently has been asking me stuff about my ex-b/f. he's asked in the past couple months at least half a dozen times if I see him anymore, and what he's doing and stuff like that. I've told him everytime that I haven't seen him since we broke up 3 years ago, and all I know is that he lives downstate away at college. In addition my b/f asks me about a guy friend of mine too. He's asked me if me and him have ever dated or had sex or ever had feelings for eachother. He found a picture of my friend on my phone, and decided to mess it up too. Is my b/f afraid I'm going to cheat on him or lose interest in him? I've told him many times that I really care about him and that I want a serious relationship with him. He seems reluctant to commit, but then he seems nervous about my ex and my guy friend I hang out with. He's been cheated on before. Does it sound like he might afraid of getting close b/c of fear of getting hurt again?

what would you think if your boyfriend accused of you of being a ***** because you taped him telling you he loved you and not the other fat pig you played the tape to on her answering machine. and the only reason you did this was because you were sick pf this lame slob taunting you consistently so you had to just end it by letting her hear for herself because he doesn't have the balls to tell the lop to just shove off.

a guy i really felt like i had a connection with said that i got to 'deep' in conversations and he didnt know what to do...and thats his reason for not going out with me...when these 'deep' conversations went on i really felt that they were good and a positive thing but then he tells me this.. and im just kind of hert because i put my feelings out there and then this happends. Have you ever you ever felt like he does towards someone? does it pay not to be so forward with your views and feelings so early in a freindship/relationship?

I totally understand that he feels rejected each and every time I do not want to have sex and I am in no way mean about it... if anything I am apologetic. But every time I reject him he treats me like total crap. For instance... this afternoon he wanted to get frisky before getting ready to go to a BBQ we were invited to at our friends' house. I really sucked it up this time and told him to go wait in the bedroom until I was done with my shower. I told him it'd be really cool if he checked out the book on my nightstand, "Love & Respect" (within marriage), and that I'd meet him in there after I was done showering. Apparently he didn't like my suggestion (or I'm sure as he thought, "being told what to do") because he was getting his clothes together... asked me where his shirt was, etc., and it just bummed me out that I told him what I needed (to not HOUND me to have sex and just wait for me to come to him) and the little inkling I had to go on to want to have sex vanished. So...

Early this summer i got to visit my step-sister who is the nicest person i've ever known. We get along well since were a bit over 1 year apart. E.G. Shes 17 im 15 anyways shes popular and ive know her since we were 9 and 10. Moving along i visit her once a year and now she has a boyfriend for a year. When we went to the Fair to hang out and have fun she kept getting texted on her cell and her friends/Boyfriend was calling her. I felt completley out of her leauge. My question is will the cell phone calling get worse as my friends grow older because nothing ticks me off worst when Im with a friend and were having the time of our lives and their cell phone goes off and our conversation STOPs.

I like this girl whos 16, and Im 18. I've hung out with her a lot and we have so much in common, and we can talk for hours. I can make her laugh, and she can make me laugh. I'm a shy quiet guy, and shes shy and quiet too. Shes the type of girl that I could see myself married to. However, i know that teenage relationships almost never work out, so I'm kind of afraid to ask her out cuz of that. Like, i have almost no dating experience and I was thinking that maybe I should date other girls, even though though I really like this girl. But, i'm also afraid that if I wait too long, she'll get a boyfriend. So what do you think? Should I date around first? Or should I just ask her out and hope it works?

My best friend of 14 years is getting married next weekend and I"m struggling to write a speech. I want it to flow well and have a lot of humor, but can't seem to come up w/ anything. I'm worried that a lot of the humor I can provide deals mostly w/ private jokes between me and her...obviously the audience won't get it. I've read a ton of tips, I really need to find sample text that I can use to pack a humorous punch to my speech. Most websites out there want you to pay them to write a speech for you.....how can they write about someone they dont even know??? Please give me some sample advice. Thanks!
