Get a hobby that takes you over and consumes your time. I was once like you, had nothing to do, but think. Thinking about things that will probably never be answered by anyone. I almost drove myself insane! But then i found guitar. I play guitar for hours every day, and never think about anything, except how much I love it. I'm not saying to take up guitar, but any hobby in general should do you some good. Instruments especially can be good.

Now if that doesn't work, Mr. Charlie Frown, go to McDonald's and put a smile on!

Create a list of short term and long-term goals. Exercise daily and make sure you take care of yourself so that physically you feel great and look as great as you can. Try to find a new hobby and try to master it. Divert your attention on to GIVING TO OTHERS. Sitting around and focusing on yourself, your thoughts, your confusion, your fear and boredom just makes you more and more of those things and does nothing for you. By taking the time to stop thinking about yourself and doing good things to make others lives better in some way will ultimately make you feel better about yourself and your life. I was in a similar situation in my early 20's and got very depressed. I eventually started volunteering at the local food bank one day a week and the senior center another day and it truly enriched my life... and I later found my path.

Best wishes.

Interesting well I have been there so I know a little about this, I'm not sure the country you live in but where I am living in Australia I talked to my doctor about it I also talked to my close friends who would not judge me in any way. It is really hard to point you in the right direction as I do not really know why you are like this, but talking is good or even writing it down as in how you feel that seemed to help me as well.

Hope this helps

Something else.
If you are bored you need to do something else.
If you are fearful you need to take some action. Most likely you need to address the fear.
If you are unsure of the future, you are normal. We are all unsure. That is the condition of living.
If you feel trapped, move. Use your imagination. Get away. Or, take care of your responsibilities.

Things won't always be that way. Change will come eventually and you need to be preparing for it. To take advantage of the opportunity when it comes, cause it doesn't come around often enough.
