Does anyone actually know what can be done when someone makes false alligations against someone with child protective services? If it is unfounded upon inspection. What laws protect people from vengful acts aginst another?
I would go into detail, but do not have time for all the answers where answers post mind your own business. Thanks.

It seems as though here in Florida nothing because we used to have a neighbor that used to do this and the cps would come out and they would say unfounded and then they dont do anything to the person making the allegations and I think that needs to stop . I think if ppl were prosecuted for the false allegations there would not be a waste of time for the cps agency .

Well, someone could press charges IF the allegations can be proven to be malicious AND that the person making them KNEW that they were false....but that would be a hard thing to prove in court.

you basically can sue for false accusations because its extremely hard to get dcfs off your back and it stays on your record and can keep you from getting certain jobs...youknow you can find out who told on you..legally they have to allow you to hear the call
