My little sister, now 18, used to be oh so sweet, always laughing at jokes, sitting on my dad's lap and helping my mother out. In the past year or so she has transformed into this shallow, attitude ridden young woman, pouting, rolling her eyes and raising her voice to a screech that could shatter plexiglass the moment something does not go her way. My dad gives in to her and most of the time my mom does as well. I, 8 years her elder, have taken it upon myself to discipline her. I've attempted to patiently talk to her, which only leads her to the "don't lecture me" response. I've blown up on her when I witness her walking all over my parents, which either makes her cringe or resent me. She can be so sweet sometimes but its very easy to see that she is only acting that way because she wants something. What can i do to help my parents out? I don't live at home but am here frequently for short periods of time.

Last night I had an argument with my ex boyfriend he told me that when he first met me the only reason he dated me was to get into my pants. I yelled a lot and I felt so worthless after that and he also said what can I do to make you go the hell away. He's also mentioned that he was never attracted to me but that I should move on and find someone else I said I didn't want anyone else and he said you should because you deserve someone nice and I'm an asshole. What is it that I'm doing that repels guys so much I have had three different relationships in three months and none of them have worked out.

Ok what do you think most guys/girls like better someone with a tan or pale white skin. I know tanning causes cancer but for now lets just go for looks.

I have stepdaughters staying with us at the moment. Not bad girls, but they seem to get away with a lot at home and me and my husband have totally different standards. They are using my razor to shave legs, perfume, creams, shower gel without asking. they never ask if i need any help, leave things laying around (cups on my table and my paperwork), are not interested in anything but shopping and swimming. i wanted to take them to my work, get them involved, wanted to take them to an art gallery (one of them says she wants to do art), they never asked me anything but where is the hairdryer or something like that. they have ruined a carpet and a towel already, my cat is having a panick attack every time they approach her. i know it is all teenage bla bla bla, but i they are not at home. they should appreciate the time, effort and tons of bloody money we spend on them. why cant show a little appreciation? should they get away with all this and we just shut up and hope they change later?

I was a very happy person. My wonderful girlfriend and I had
been dating for over a year, and so we decided to get married. There
was
only one little thing bothering me.... It was her pretty younger
sister.

My prospective sister-in-law was twenty-two, wore very tight
miniskirts and generally was bra less. She would regularly bend down
when she was near me, and I always got more than a pleasant view of
her
private parts. It had to be deliberate. She never did it when she
was
near anyone else.

One day "little" sister called and asked me to come over to
check the wedding invitations. She was alone when I arrived, and she
whispered to me that she had feelings and desires for me that she
couldn't overcome. She told me that she wanted to make love to me
just
once before I got married and committed my life to her sister.

Well, I was in total shock and couldn't say a word. She said,
"I'm going upstairs to my bedroom, and if you want one last wild
fling,
just come up and get me." I was stunned and frozen in shock as I
watched
her go up the stairs. When she reached the top she pulled off her
panties and threw them down the stairs at me. I stood there for a
moment, then turned and made a beeline straight to the front door. I
opened the door, and headed straight towards my car.

Lo! Behold! My entire future family was standing outside, all
clapping!

With tears in his eyes, my future father-in-law hugged me and
said, "We are very happy that you have passed our little test.....we
couldn't ask for a better man for our daughter. Welcome to the
family."

And the moral of this story is.......

Always keep your condoms in the car!

I've known this guy for a year now and I've always been in love with him well recently I found out he's engaged so I thought are talking would cease to exist. He's in iraq right now and still contacts me when he can he even says that he misses me and that wouldn't mind seeing me when he got back. One night he said that it might not even work out with his engagement and that he might need a roomate and if I was willing he wouldn't mind me living with him. I don't know what to do should I just stop talking to him all together or wait and see what happens?

I've been married for 6 months, and from the beginning, people around me kept telling me to take care of my appearance, because my husband is good-looking and I look like a BUM! Messy hair, no make-up, baggy clothes...so about a month ago, I decided it was time to change, and slowly but surely, I started putting on make-up, do my hair, wear sexy clothes...a total knock-out! Great you would think, except that now my husband thinks I'm cheating on him and is very jealous!!! He thinks I'm doing this for someone else and says I'm "mysterious"...I tell him that no, that is just me, new and improved, but still will act jealous and distrustful!! I thought he'd be proud of me...I don't get it. Anyone can explain?

i used to be a charming girl. by charming i mean i used to use words like darling, baby, cutie etc very casually in my conversation with my male friends and female frends. one day i starting seeing this man and soon he asked me to stop using such words when talking with male friends. he said he felt insecured and something like that. after lot of emational torture by him for months i gave up using such words totally. after many years during a fight with my bf he asked me "what the hell you have done for me till today". after lot of cold war i said i changed the way i talk with people for your sake. he immedialty replied- " thats the way girls should be. you dint do any favour for me doing that! ". i dint know what to react to this. its been long but still i get really emotional when i recall this incident.

Me & my boyfriend have been dating for almost 3 months (Since May 5th, 2007). Me & him aren't engaged yet but, I'm really hoping we will be here in the next year or two. That means I'll either be 15 or 16 years old. We would like to get married once I turn 18.

Yes, you may think that my relationship will not last because I'm only 14. But, I truely believe it will & I'm not just saying that. I love this guy to death & I do believe our relationship will last for a while. I am very mature for my age & I do understand a relationship and I know what love is.

Please don't tell me, just live your life, or any crap like that. I just want to know if you think it would be wrong for a 15/16 y/o to be engaged.

I also understand that I would not be able to get married until I'm 18 but, we could be engaged for 2-3 years.

I am a guy in my late 20s and I love reading a good romance novel. I really like Danielle Steel's novels! Should I keep this a secret from girls? Would it turn you off a guy if you came over to his house and saw that he had a book case filled with romance fiction?

I am not gay, I just have a rather sensitive/emotional side. Should I hide that from a woman and pretend I like only doing guy sort of things?
