You can't make anybody do anything; if you try, it's sure to have negative consequences. If it's meant to happen, it will. The key is for the boy and girl to get to know each other first ... mostly through talking, or going out only in public places. Public places is important, because even if nothing happens when the pair is in private, the mere fact that the girl has romantic intentions is enough for the law to slap a statutory rape charge on the boy ... or, at the VERY least, contributing to the delinquency of a minor. I'm assuming that the girl's parents aren't backing her up? In that case, if the girl goes about this all wrong, her parents CAN cause a LOT of problems. It's best to wait until the girl is 18; if it's meant to happen, it WILL happen. If not, then we know that God has special plans that don't include this relationship.

a 22 year old is not a boy. Where on earth did you get that from. A 22 year old is a full grown hairy man and a twelve year girl is a little girl. And a 13 yr old wouldnt fall in love with a 12 yr old girl because the emotional feelings heavent fully developed yet, but anyway, theres nothing wrong with a 13 yr old boy an a 12 yr old girl going out, although theyre too young . And even an 18 yr old guy is a peado if he has sexual relations with a 15 yr old, let alone a 12 yr old. In the UK an adult is 18, and even the US It is 21. i hope your question was a troll question.

Mostly because, 13 year olds and 22 year olds are worlds apart in maturity and stages of life.
Your attraction is understandable, but the relationship could never work.
Find boys your own age. Plus, any decent guy of 22 years wouldn't WANT to date someone so young. Talk about jail time.

You can't make him fall in love, and he's 22 shouldn't he be interested in women his age, not a teenager? I would think so. Plus, he would have to wait 5 years to legally have sex with her. Ugh! Kinda sick

Well i advice you to wait till you're 18, unless you want him to be imprisoned. Then when you're 18 dress to his taste it can be from something skimpy to something cute. Show that you're interested in his hobbies.
