alright ive met this girl, she is exactly like me, very intelligant and determined to do good in life but she is extremely shy. Im afraid if i ask her out we wont have any fun together. its easier to be with a girl whose outgoing but this girl is nice too. i have no idea what to do. im 16 if that makes a difference but please help

Why dont people understand that one person cant control another?? There is this man who keeps calling me at work, and I have been told to tell him to stop calling me there, or I am in danger of being fired. And that is exactly what I told him when he called again. He apologized and agreed to stop. He hasnt called since. Today, the phone rang and my boss picked up and who ever it was hung up on her. She assumed it was him (even though whoever it was never said a word, they only hung up) and told me that if he calls here again, the owner will be notified and I will lose my job. This makes me mad because anyone could just call up and hang up and I could get fired over it.
For the record, they dont like him because they think he is a troublemaker and they dont want me to associate with him. Please advise!!

well i moved back home after breaking up w/ the girl. i'm finally getting back on my feet financially & emotionally. i'm working 2 jobs. it was hard breaking up w/ her but necessaty. if u need some background on my situation look at my previous yahoo questions. anyway, the ex called wanting a 2nd chance. she said she is sorry & that the kids miss me. i told her that things have changed & i don't want to be involved right now. i want to focus on me & my life for alittle bit w/out having children around. they are nt my kids by the way. i wasn't trying to be mean about it. i was telling the truth. i miss nt having time to myself & doing what i want to do. i don't need the "baby mama drama" w/ the father of the kids & the stress of the situation. want a chance to find myself & be happy. start my own life. i think she wants a "daddy" & someone to take care of her & nt a lifelong partner. i'm nt wanting to do the taking of part. am i wrong for this. i was being honest to her.

Me and and my ex booyfriend dated for 8 years before I found out he was cheating on me with a younger girl. I am 27 and he is 28. The whole time they were suppossed to be in a relationship we were still seeing each other and have never really spent any time apart since the incident. It has been about two years since I found this out. Right now he claims that he is not involved with her at all romantically. However, he still talks to her on the phone. I really love him and I want to work on our relationship. I have tried talking to other people but it just did not work because he is who I want to be with. However, I do not trust him anymore. I feel like I am pushing him away because I am always asking him where he is at and what he is doing. This always leads to an argument. I just don't know what to do. Can anyone Help??

Am I wrong? Heres the deal.

We had planned to go to Vegas for our anniversary. My husband got mad at me recently because I didn't have as much money saved as I said I would, to go. I told him I would have $1500 saved towards the trip, but now, I will only have $1,000. I have already spent $400 on Vegas show tickets.

He wanted to take $4,000 total, so he was going to put $2500 with my $1500, but when I told him I would only have $1,000, he said thats not going to be enough.

Basically, he said that he doesn't want to go if we don't have a certain amount of money. He's just being stubborn as usual because I know that $3500 is enough for both of us, especially if our show tickets and hotel rooms are already paid for.

If he is still stuck on "not going", I'm going without him. Would I be wrong for that?

My sister is scheduled to have a c-section and my soon to be 5 year old step daughter is scheduled to have her tonsils out. They are in different days but I can only go to one of these days off for the surgeries because of my job. I requested the day off for my sisters 5 months ago. My finances ex wife is not very friendly and I don't want to spend the day with her and her family.

A couple of months ago my boyfriends ex girlfriend called and said she gave birth to his daughter. When he goes to her house, he finds out that she is an illegal immigrant and she wants him to marry her. She threatens him with child support and he then her threatned to have her deported. After this we never heard from her again! She even changed her number!
Do you huys think it was his child? He wasent sure himself, yet very doubtful.

My mommom came down from Delaware to stay with us for two weeks. (Mommom means grandma.) I love her to death, but all she does is clean and watch The Price is Right. (I swear to God that's all she does. Lol.) And when she cleans, I have no idea where she puts anything! Like I bought shampoo last night, and it is a special kind of shampoo. (The straighening kind.) I can't use the kind she got for all of us. (Suave) because it makes my hair so knotty I cry when I brush it. So I have to get Herbal Essence straightening kind, and now I can't find it! Yeah, I know I should have taken it upstairs last night to the bathroom where it belongs, but I was so tired I forgot about it. But now she doesn't even know where she put it. I know it is only two weeks, but come on people, I'm 13, and right now, two weeks seems forever. I can't just tell her to not touch my things and I can't just tell her to not clean, because she raised 8 kids and she just likes to clean. So what should I do?

My husband puts in a lot of hours at work. He's never around and therefore I dont get the love and effection I need. I met this guy at work and we started hanging out. So I met this guy at a concert and didn't really like him too much, but my friend said he's a good guy and i should give him a chance...so hey I did it and had a lot of fun and it went on from there.
Hung out a couple times a week, but we both are the type to have our own lives and spend time with just friends and everything was going good for almost three months and then he randomly says someone came back into his life and it's not over like he thought so he can't date me anymore but he still wants to hang out and be friends....

this guy i have reconnected with recently (who i have known for 5 years now) is always asking me to stay over his house. He knows Im a virgin, and I won't give it up that easily. He hasn't told me he's attracted to me, but I can tell he is by the way he always wants to get pysical with me. Lately, he has been the one to call me more ofter, where as before I was the one calling. (I stopped calling as often b/c he told me he was talking to other girls too but not sleeping with then). What does he want from me exactly. I know that everyone is going to say SEX...but is that all he really wants? Im just tired of the 'cat and mouse' game here. I've told him before that I like him and he told me something about "we cant just be BF and GF like that. Thats not how it works." My gal friends always told me, find someone who loves you more than you love him.
But, how does it work? I can not stand being with a man I have no strong feeling for.

I have a boyfriend, we are crazy about each other. I think he loves me very much, we are from different countries, now we both are in Paris, he is a French, but I will go back to Canada in two years, and he agreed to go with me because he loves me, he said so.
Recently his company sent him to Egypt for business trip, he said he accepted this mission only because he wanted to be ready to live in a english speaking country, and only because he loves me.
He always said what he did was just because of me. But the thing is, I did many things for him without telling him that was because of him, I just did it without saying a word to him.

Maybe I love him more than he loves me, which is fine for me. But do you think a really nice guy would tell his lover all he did was for her? maybe he is only a sweet talker?
