Get a paternity test on the child. If the child is not his, stay out of their life! Leave her to do what she wants, but you could deport her. Good luck!

Well, unless you can find her there is probly no sure sure way of knowing if it was his child. If he can remember back to the time when he last was with her...and the age of the child and see if that matches at all. The best way to find out is get the DNA tested..which is kind of hard since she dissapeared. But seeing as you said that she is an illegal immigrant she probably just wanted to marry him because then she would be able to stay here legally...and thought the excuse of her child would guilt trip him into staying. I don't know if its his, probably not, but i could be wrong.

Did he even see a daughter. If not she could be lying and if it is his how is child support a threat into marriage thats a responsibility. She could marry him then later divorce him and he might have to pay child support and alimony. Just because her number changed doesn't mean she moved I would go over there with him. If she really had his baby that would give her a good case to stay in America because her baby is an American(which is why I doubt her story)

How did he not know she was an illegal immigrant when he was dating her?? And can she even push for child support if she is an illegal immigrant? I doubt the little girl is his, if she really wanted to stay in the U.S. then you would think she would have told him she was pregnant when she found out...not after the child was born. And if it really was his why did she disappear?? If your boyfriend is doubtful and she disappeared then I would just be grateful she's gone...she sounds like drama!

If he goes to court to get visitation or if she takes him to court for child support he can tell the judge that he is not sure if he is the father. So they will order a paternity test.

There is no way to tell with having a paternity test performed.
Is there any way to locate this woman and the child?

I'm sure your really young, why would you want to get mixed up with a guy like that. He is not even sure if the kid is his? What if you and him were in the same situation? And if it wasn't his then that chick was sleeping with more than one guy. Maye you should get tested???????
