if someone says that "i miss you so much that i want to kill you sothat you will be mine forever" , what would you think about that statement ?

I would think that statement is strange and I would be very weary of that person to a degree that I would distance myself from them.I have heard about stories like that before,and would want to deal with it before it could get any worse.

I would not take this as a compliment. It sounds like this person has a sick way of thinking and I would be careful getting involved with some one like this. Any time a person says that they would rather kill you than you not be with them is a control freak.

I would seriously avoid this person, and if this behavior persisted, I would report them to the police. Nobody should be threatening you like that. I'm really scared for you, and I don't even know you. Keep your eyes wide open when this person is around and keep people around you for safety when this person's around. You need to get help if this continues to make you feel unsafe.

I sure as he** wouldn't waste my time wondering or coming here and asking anyone else - - maybe this person knows you are not the brightest star in the sky, and it's safe to say retarded things like this to you. They must know you won't react like you should!!

I'd think that person was unstable and would distance myself from them completely...if I had any fear they might actually try to put that statement into action, I'd report them to the authorities.
