My wife and I have been having fight about Second Life the online world. When she first started playing she was having virtual sex with other guys and did not think it was a big deal. On the other hand I did, because I felt it was a form of cheating. She was sharing sexual intimacy with someone online that was not me. We had a huge fight about it and she stopped for a while. Now she is sneaking around doing it behind my back. She does not know yet that I know about it. What would a person in my shoe do now?

There's this gal that I like and I've told her how I felt last year, at that time she said she just wanna be friends. But, as a year has gone, some things might have changed. Recently, I feel that she puts more interests.
But, her towards me:
1) I feel that she puts more interests when talking to me
2) And she was coming out of the lift and I was holding the door so that it won't close. She looked sideways and said, 'Thank you'
3) She joins the club that I'm heading although her pals didn't
4) I think she's shyer to talk to me, today in the club meeting her friend was like asking her to talk to me and even turned her head to face me, but then still she’s talking to her friend. They’re talking about the club that I’m heading.
But then there’s this guy who likes her too and he would try to find chance to talk to her an dher friends, smiling, It has ceased recently, but he’s making an effort again. And moreover they are both involved in the school band club! I’m really worried, although I’ve never seen him talking to her directly. The last I saw was him talking to her and her friends, and her friend was like giggling. She was just grinning and that boy was acting corny.

I am really interested in this great guy and he found out about a past incident that I did and he got all mad at me. When he asked me about it I was really honest and told him now he is mad so my question is do you tell your significate other or person that you are interested in everything little thing that you have done in your past that you regret? Also how can I make him understand that it is in the past and that he is the one that I am interested in and want to move forward with him and only him.

I am completely head over heels for an older man (about 15 years older!!). He is the most lovely person i have ever known but i think even if he feels the same about me as i do about him, he would think any sort of relationship would be inappropriate becasue of the age difference. How can i show him i'm interested without embarrassing myself?? It is also a bit more complicated as he is my lecturer at uni and thus far has had a very positive effect on my future career so i don't want him to think this is some sort of extreme student gratitude!! please please help me. I will go down any road- whether it be a direct seduction or some sort of subtle advice. I have no idea how to go about this!

When speaking with someone you are possibly interested in do you find your self being slow and steady (not divulging too much info at one time ) or straight to the point..... HI my name is , my bra size is ( just kidding ) in other words do you tell "all" rather quickly? What is the benefit of either position?

My husband of 18 years has been getting on my nerves for the better part of 16 years. We have two children and I've always thought you have to stick it out for them, but I'm realizing that is a very old world way of thinking. He is very controlling, doesn't let me be myself, walks around moping most of the time, has no outside hobbies or interests (including sports), complains we never "do" anything--but has no ideas on what to "do".
Hasn't wanted to have sex in over three years. Tried counseling but didn't resolve anything.
Financially he is good and is a good "handyman" 'round the house. Nothing spectacular. Doesn't cook or clean. Expects me to work but says he doesn't have to do anything when he gets home because he worked 8 hours.
I'm just tired and don't want to spend the rest of my years this way. Beginning of marriage wasn't great either. He had issues with porn in the beginning. No porn now, but nothing else either. How do you say done?

My stepson, who I raised, is now a grown man with a wife and child. His father and I divorced some years ago after many years of marriage. We had a blended family (his son, my daughter and a child together). My children are still extremely close and my stepson has always considered me as his Mom even though he has a biological mother who was in and out of his life while he was young. Now that he's grown, his biological mother has a renewed interest in him, which is all good for him. On the other hand, she has always resented my ex and me and thinks nothing of making a scene and ruining celebrations. I am still included in all his life events, but can't help feeling awkward/uncomfortable. My husband and I have a civil relationship with my ex and his family, but I still feel like an intruder. Any advice for me?

My parents are getting Married
after being divorced for over 20 years...and niether one of them getting married in-between
they have decided to re-marry..my brothers were raised by both of them, they have lived next door to eachother for our entire childhoods.
We have never witnessed any fights, arguements, or even cross words between them, they act and live as best friends, always supporting us and eachother
My brothers and myself are freaking out..what if this idea or marriage distroys their relationship?
are they being realistic?

I am in a program that requires me to work as a teacher for 2 years (within a window of 3 years) in order to get my certification. I live in a VERY competitive area where it is incredibly difficult to get your foot in the door at most of the big districts. I had a one year contract last year and so I am needed to do year #2 of teaching in order to get certified. There are several jobs available to me several hours from my husband & house...and we're having a difficult time deciding what we should do. We see pro's and con's to both sides (me moving temporarilty for 9 months to get certified vs. me staying and not having a job and HOPING that I get one next year or I don't get certified and will have wasted my experience & money in regards to the program) and I figure maybe I can get some feedback on here. Would you or wouldn't you move and why? (We've only been married a little over a year and we have house, car and loan payments so living on one salary isn't possible currently)

Just a rhetorical question. What are your opinions? I am not planning on doing this anytime soon, but I don't think I would have a problem doing it at some time in the future, if I was sure about the decision.

My older sister got engaged over Christmas and asked me to be the maid of honor. We're really close...but her boyfriend is so lame. He's unstable and everyone in the family sees that he's not good enough for her. And she's basically more dumb when she's with him. He's a pathological liar and she believes everything he says. It's embarrassing to see her be so naive and believe these crazy things he says.

I truly believe that their marriage won't even last 5 years. And even though she's one of my best friends, I think it's dishonest to stand up there on their wedding day and act like I think this marriage is normal and sacred.

We've already had a fight about him and it resulted in us not talking for months. Do I express my concern with her or just shut up? If I do...what do I say?

My best friends husbands ex wife is still calling him all of the time. My bf calls about once a month to vent. He has three children with his ex and communication is essential, however she calls saying that she loves his family, asking him how to cook a meal, (he is a fantastic cook) for her boyfriend, calls about car trouble and apparently keeps looking at him as the role of husband, in the fix my problems since. He just listens and keeps the conversation short. My friend thinks that he needs to tell her that this is not appropriate because since they were married for 20 years it keeps them too close and makes her feel that she is the alternative. I don't know what to think, I think it isn't healthy for their marriage. I am tired of hearing about it for the past three years and thought I would ask for outside opinions.
