About the same as a doctor and a garbage collector...

what does your profession have to do with your ability to maintain a successful marriage?!

I don't think it has anything to do with your careers. Historically arranged marriages were successful and still are...and I think that is because there is so much pressure from family. Regardless of how you ended up married you need to love and respect oneanother..that is the secret to success.

Oh and accountants make more money then most psychologists...that is if your any good at it. What you went to school for doesn't matter, it's what you do with that education that will determine who is the higher income earner.

Chances with an aranged marriaged are not all that great anyway bc it isn't someone who you have fallen in love with. The ages and occupations are a great arrangement though. This way the male will be mature enough for the female since they mature on different levels, and they already have one thing in common, a good career. Both will be independant people.

If you're the kind of man who wants her to do and be great, the chances are good. If you are a small man who would feel threatened by her being successful ... not so good - you'd end up feeling jealous and resentful instead of like two equal adults in a big world doing great things.

Good luck!

Depends on who arranges the marriage.

Depends on the people. Most in the USA do not last long. Becasue here people date and end up wanting love instead of just a house wife and sex.
