When you lose the communication in a relationship and don't seem to have much in common with your partner,spend your nights both doing ur own thing is that just the comfort of being long term? It may all be in my head but i only seem to get attention from him when he wants abit of you know what. He said its not true but he doesnt really interact with me much apart from that. I cant have a kiss or hug from him without it having to lead to something and that doesnt make me feel very special or loved ...well its nice to know he finds me attractive but thats not everything is it. What do you think?

My mother and I always have this fight.
She says that she is my mother and I should respect her.
I do! But her respect is beyond something I define as respect.
She always uses the "Im your mother phrase".
But her terms of respect is, I should always respect her no matter what, even if she is being a (you know what), that i should just bite my tongue. Not only that, she doesn't listen to the things she doesn't want to hear, even if its the truth. I say this is childish, coming from a 16 year old. Whom my mother is 50.
I just cannot handle it. She makes me so mad to the point that I want to hit her.
And no she isnt the one in the wrong as well.
I'll keep going on until she cries.
Because I live to a code: If you give me respect, in return I will.
Should I do what she wants me to and just be a pushover about it? Or Fight back?
So, I just wanted to ask you a question and as well let it out, telling someone else (Yahoo!Answers.)

Lately i have noticed that everything my wife does or doesnt do annoys me, she lets little notes around the house for me, and it doesnt mean a thing to me, i dont want to touch her, kiss her or spend any time with her, are these signs that i drifted away from her?

i been calling her and txt her all day, she tells me shes been having a bad day so i ask her wats wrong. she says she'll talk bout it later when we both out of work. day goes on and i txt her later in the day and ask how she's doin. her exact txt reads "never better.lol" ... so i finally get out of work early enough to hit the gym... she calls in the middle of my work out and i answer to a sad *** sounding voice. so i ask wats wrong. she says nothing so im not in the mood to beat it out of her so i tell her ima finish my work out then call her back. she gets mad and hangs up. now she starts txtn me that im choosing the gym over her and does the whole guilt trip on me. so im now in no mood to work out and call her bak. to work it out now she dosent want to talk... so im stuck here confused. ladies please help

1) if you don't start acting right, i will beat your little ***.
2) if you don't behave in school they will kick you out.
(she hasn't even started kindergarden yet)
3) or they will send you to reform school.

There this guy who I'm really good friends with right now. thing is i dated his friend off and on for like six ears and it just recenlty ended with one more sexcapade. I am 16 and my ex now 18. When we met, I was 15 him 17. We fell in love, I was the one who took his virginity. LIfe at the time was amazing. So young and in love, about 5 months into our relationship we began to talk about children. He wanted to have our first child together. The thought started to sound good in my head, I felt at the time we were going to spend the rest of our lives together. Well It happend. I got pregnant. I am now 7 months pregnant, and he left me when i was 5 months pregnant with the child that he wanted. 2 days after he ended our 10 month relationship, he had sex with another girl. This girl was 20 years old, and i know they had sex more than once. It killed me. I just kept making excuses like, he felt trapped, wants to know what another girl is like. He partys everynight and now has a new gf! We havnt even been broken up for 2 months. Im so hurt. I dont know what happend to the boy I once knew. How he could do this to me. Im so hurt and cry everynight. WHY? :(

she said he pressured her to do this by telling her she owed him for her position at work. she said she hates him for what its done to her mentaly and our relationship. i love her very much. she was laided off when she told she could not do this anymore. she then told me what happened. later on we found out he was fired. we started legal proceddings ,but stopped them. i want to make this work so please help.

Well... this is the story. Last semester me and my best friend were in a college class together and at the end of the semester we took our college teacher to lunch because we think she is a good person and we admire her or I do. But.. I wrote her a letter about how I felt after the class was over and told her that I admired her and I think she would be a good friend. Well.. she accepted and told me to call her by her first name. We have been writing each other through email and she sends me personal stuff like pictures and stuff(nothing bad).But like we planned to go eat again next week. Well, my best friend doesn't look at her like I do..I see her as a potential great friend and someone to hang out with alot but my friend doesn't. But I am also the only one who talks to our teacher out of the 4 of us girls. I want to go hang out with her and stuff.. but I dont want my friend to think something bad of me. My little brother had been fighting in Iraq for almost two years. He was almost due to be released. Then we got news Saturday morning that he had stepped on a road side bomb and was killed. God, I miss him so much. And I just cannot wrap my head around how this could happen. We always knew it was possible, but he had us convinced that he would come home safe.

I try to do anything to help myeself begin to accept this so I can start to deal with it and heal. I feel like I am moving backwards. Everything is so surreal. It feels like I am just an empty shell, with a heart that hurts so bad and a brain that keeps saying it is not real and Justin will be calling any minute to tell us it was all a big misunderstanding.

We have missed him SO much, but it doesn't even compare to the kind of missing we are doing right now. We missed so much in the last three years and were so looking forward to the chance to make up for lost time. Now we will never get to make up for it. Why?

I don't know how to ask her. My idea would be taken her to the beach along with a blanket and something to eat like a picnic. Then after we were done eating we would wait for sunset. When the sun is setting I want to talk a walk along the shore and then get down on 1 knee and ask...

Does that seem okay?
