my parents are divorced
i currently live with my dad
i am 15 and my relationship with my dad is not at all good
my relationship with my mom is very good
i do talk to her through phone and letters monthly(secretly)
she lives in another state than me, one of my brothers, and my dad
she has went to court to have visitation but my dad has not allowed it

My mom thinks its ok to pressure me and forcefully push me to do better. I know that Nursing is very competitive, but is it alright if every time i get a C she downtalks me so much. Before the spring term, I was confident (my boyfriend supports me too) that I was going to pass microbiology. She had the nerve to say "are you sure about that?" Like she freakin doubts me!!! I know i've had low grades to prove it, but she's my mom, shouldn't she be a little more helpful than doubt her own daughter? I know one thing is for sure, I WILL NEVER DOUBT MY KIDS. Unlike her ***, I'll always be supporting them in every right thing they do. If they do wrong, I'll talk to them, not yell. But tell me, what do you think?

We have been dating for 3 years, and 1 additional year back in high school. We're best friends and I love him very much. He's moving in to his friends house...he's actually kind of my friend too. He just bought a house, and finished off a room in the basement for him. He's been asking me to come, but I'd be living with not just him, but also the friend, his wife, their 5 year old son, and another friend of theirs. I would like to live with my boyfriend, but just don't know I feel about everyone else. I like my privacy...My hearts telling me to do it, because he will be upset if I don't, but my head is telling me to not even think twice about saying no, because I'm not thrilled about the idea of living with all of the other people. to stay in a marriage, when you are not sure if you love your spouse? I know that sounds awful, but things have changed drastically between us. It's the complete opposite of what it used to be. My husband and I got into a fight and he ran home to Mommy to cool off. His mom and I HATE each other, in fact it came to blows one time. Well, anyway, we talked last night and everything seemed okay, he vented, I vented and everything seemed okay. He said he was going to spend the night there since he had a doctors appointment this morning and they only live 5 minutes from the doctors office. Well, last night he didn't ask me to come to the doctors appointment with him (which I thought was weird because they are going to have to numb his foot, so I thought he might need a ride). Well, I found out thru snooping that his mom took him to the doctors appointment. He didn't even ask me!! So I called him on his cell to ask what was up with that and it rang and went to voicemail, so I called back and he TURNED OFF HIS PHONE!! Should I be mad? The thing about it is, we always go with each other to doctors appointments, it's just our thing. Should I not have these hurt feelings?

I know someone who is getting married soon in a baptist church (in Pontypool). His wife divorced him because he was violent to her. I am worried that he may hit his new wife and she may not know of his history and that this may be against Church principles. Should ministers ask to see copies of divorce certificates (as these would show if previous divorce on grounds of someone's intolerable behaviour?) Or does baptist church allow that people can make mistakes and can change?

Ive had to move back into my mums home, for fiancial, and other reasons. the problems,my brother ( who does not live there) is violent towards me, last year he come into the house ( he has the key) and into my bedroom ( without knocking) grabbed my the throat and the hair, shook me around, punched me and smashed my phone up, when i tried to grab it,

All that was because i had an argument with him over the phone the night before?

I am civil towards him, but deep down I just hate him, he has always been a violent bully.
