How do you get a guy to notice you who is your best friend?

The guy that I want to go out with is my best friend and I have known him forever. He is really nice and loves my little sister. I just want him to notice me for who I am.

Well...if he really is your Best Friend then you can just tell him you like him. You can do that sort of thing with a Best Friend. If you feel you can't he may not be so 'best' of a friend.

You can also dress up a bit more around him and touch him.
