My family is very protective of me and they always decide on everything together and when were eating and i'll ask to go to a friends house and my mom says yes but my dad says no, i'll ask why and he'll say either he wants to be home togheter or he doesnt want to drive me to her house, and i can't manage if they dont disagree and it bugs me because they can't come to a desicion

Why are you asking one then the other? My kids get grounded if they ask one of us, then go to the other if the first one says "no".
If the first parent you ask says, "Yes", why would you ask the other?

This is a problem for your parents to solve. They need to be consistent with you and discuss their decisions between themselves before giving you an answer. The mature thing for you to do would be to simply tell them that you will wait for them to make a single decision and then you will respect that decision. In the meantime, don't ask one and then the other because you didn't get the answer you wanted the first time. It isn't fair and you are creating conflict in your family by doing so. The more maturely you behave, the more you will probably start hearing the answers that you want.

you're playing a nasty but, common game here. if you don't get the answer you want from the first one you go to the next. that's not smart. when you want to do something ask both parents together. they'll talk about it and give you a decision.

ask why the other parent says no and then state why yes would be better.
