I think that if my boyfriend was cheating on me I'd definitely want to know. The question is: would she believe you? Maybe you should talk to your ex (if you're on good terms still) and convince him to tell her the truth. It's always best to hear these sort of things directly from your partner and not from other people.

Sure, she should be told, but it's not your place to tell her. Let their problems be their problems....not yours. Why are you so concerned with what your ex is doing? Worry about your life, not his.
