Need Advice for talk'n?

ok well.. i used to very out going in the past until i joined this metal bands so now i pretty much have no life... i cant even make things up anymore.... i lost a girl... because of this cuase i was "boring" she was crazy and i had nothign to talk about cause im always with teh band for like 6 days a week... Need help and Advice ..... Also im willing to make some new freinds

I agree with your former girlfriend. "Single subject" people, like you, can be boring.

Obviously, even you know you need to expand your interests. I think you need to cut back the time you spend with your band and make an effort to do new things.

Maybe you could volunteer someplace know one would ever expect you to be. There are lots of veterans in hospitals who need a friend to talk to or help with things like shaving.

How about going to a museum? You're into metal, so maybe you should go and look at some Impressionist art. These were the avant garde people of their day. Find out what made them unique.

You could also get a digital camera and begin doing some photography.

Just do SOMETHING to get OUTSIDE of who and what you are at this very moment. It just might make you an even better musician.
