I have notced that single older men between the ages of 38-52 seem to enjoy dating women in thier mid to early 20's and 30's...Maybe some of the older men on here can tell us why.

I know that in a custody battle the mother may not be able to move to another state from the father unless he has no problems with it and they come to an agreement or unless the mother has agood reason in wich the judge may allow her to move but is it legal to make a mother live in the same COUNTY as the father of the child specially if he use to beat on the mother.I don't see why the mother would have to live in the same county as long as she is in the same state! If anyone as any answers or know where I can get this info from please let me know.THANK YOU!!

I would like to know what to do. Am i being over protective of my friend. maybe I just don't see it. I have known this friend for about 2 years now. she is a great person but her friend she has known for a lot longer I believe is a very bad influence. Because of their history it's hard for my friend to say no to her. She drinks & drives and I even caught her smoking up while driving. I found out that she has done this many times. I have talked to my friend many times about how I believe what she does isn't safe. but I don't think she is listening. she says it doesnt bother her. I don't know what else to do. Is there a way I can make her see her friend for what she really is.
I always get scared and worried when they go out together. what should I do?

I was sick on Easter, so I was not able to go with my husband to my in-laws. They had a big chocolate bunny and ate most of it, but decided to save the head of it for me.

Have you ever received such a present?

They weren't trying to be funny; they wanted to share Easter with me somehow, I guess this was their way!

So..I'm dating this Girl and whenever we go out or after we do something together we always ends up going back to her place. The problem is...her appartment is like a furnace. I mean..a normal person cannot live in that heat and yet she sometimes has a sweater on saying that it's cold there. And she wants to cuddle on the leather sofa in that kind of temerature meanwhile I'm sitting there always sweating like a race horse. When I ask her can we please go to my place..she says it's too Cold there. I mean what is wrong with this person? Has anyone ever come across this kind of a situation? What can i do...I'm burning up!

Here is/was the situation: I had been dating this guy for 3 months up until yesterday and was really liking him. We've had it out with each other because we are both strong/passionate individuals yet we have been working through the kinks to get to know each other. Well the night I met him I had a girlfriend of mine who I've known 5 months with me. She tells me yesterday after 3 months of knowing him he tried to hit on her the first night I met him. I questioned why it took her so long to tell me and she says " She didn't think it was a big deal and she didnt know how to tell me".

I went off on her because I felt that night she should have told me not 3 months later after him and I have been talking and....

I tell the guy we are done because he didnt tell me nor mention it as well. I felt betrayed by both because there have been times his boys and mine met up and they never seem to mention it. I

Did I act correctly or did I overact

I've been seeing my flatmate on and off for nearly a year. Last night I was very drunk and told him some things that have upset me and made me angry about him. Today he's finished it because, he says, that I've obviously got deep rooted issues about him. He's said he's not angry with me and wants us to continue beng close friends, but sex is out. I asked him if he would be jealous if I started seeing someone else and he said yes but he wouldn't show it because he wants me to be happy. Only earlier this week he was telling me he adored me, now today he's telling me although his feelings haven't changed and he still fancies me he doesn't want to be with me. What the hell!!???

Alright i just posted a question about me and my boyfriend and everyone seems to be running there mouth when they dont even know me.Thats messed up.I had someone tell me that promise rings dont mean nothing,i had someone tell me that i act like im 12 and believe me im not im 18,and i had someone tell me that im too clingy and i act like i am his baby mama.Let me tell you something okay;yea we have been together for 2 weeks and 4 days that doesnt mean nothing i love him cause i lost my v-card to him.I am pregnant and thats why he is getting me a promise ring so a promise ring does mean something to me.I am not too clingy its just that he used to live with his ex and he still goes around her.I dont trust her at all.She is a whore. So anyone who is gonna sit there and talk S**T about me then you might just wanna get to me and see where im coming from before you start running your mouth. And those of you who actually helped me and didnt offend me THANKS.

My husband leaves a big mess in the corner by his bed and I refuse to pick it up. Pop cans, wrappers, paper plates, juice bottles...its horrible. You can't see it unless you walk around the bed so I choose to leave it there, kind of wanting to see how long it will until he picks it up. I clean up the rest of the house and it looks great, I told him I refuse to clean up his corner, he's a big boy and can do it himself. I did however pick up any dishes that were there so they wouldn't mold. He walks by the trashcan on the way to the garage where he goes to smoke so I don't see why he can drop a piece of trash on the way. Its ridiculous. I don't understand why he won't pick up after himself, even a little bit. I've even set a trashcan over there and he never uses it. He'll even leave it on the kitchen counter if I wasn't there to pick it up. Am I wrong for doing this? I mean, he's a big boy, what's the harm in him throwing his own trash away?

My husband very recently decided to leave the home, saying he is not willing to be responsible for the family anymore. He feels that he should be able to see the kids anytime he wants, but he has been abusive, and is an alcoholic. Is it legal for me to keep the kids away from him? And what about changing the locks on the doors since he still has keys and I doubt he will give them up?

I have been with my boyfriend now for about 8 months. I was going though his wallet a few months back and found pictures flipped over and they were of his ex from like 2-3 years ago! The were kind of worn and you could not realy read what was on them anymore. The pictures themself were also really smudged. I also found his high school locker number and combo written down in there too....but he is 24 and graduated from high school 7 years ago. Do you think he still has feelings for her? Or do you think because they are flipped over he just forgets about them? There was also a prom picture and he didn't even remember who the people were at first.

I was going to give the brat a haircut this weekend, but we had another one of our "whaaaaaaaa" sessions. So I put it off until next weekend.

I think I'm going to dye his hair though. Maybe if I do this, he will learn to cooperate better next time. I actually had the hair clipper ready and everything.

He is a natural blonde. However, this is boring. I'm thinking orange. I want him to get attention. He just doesn't have any personality, and maybe this will help. But I suppose he won't want to "think outside the box" or anything. Christ.

Someday, I can write a book about the courage it has taken to raise my son as a single strong woman in a man's world.

my husband lost his mother at age 3..last night we were talking about us having children and he began remembering his mother...he began crying very loud and moaning for his mother.

I felt so sad for him i told him its ok to cry it out..but he told me that he never cried for her until now (he is 27 yrs now) and that all his family told him since he was growing up not to cry about it.. to be strong...

my question is am i right to tell him he can cry about it or is his family right to tell him dont cry?
