My boyfriend just started a job 2 weeks ago. It wasn't the kind of work he was into doing as it involved sitting behind a computer desk between 9 and 5. It paid a lot of money and all but he wasnt happy there. He just called me yesterday and sounded a little sad and told me he left the job as he wasnt happy there. he needs comfort now so what should i say to him? I mean it was a GREAT paying job but if he's not happy ya know. What kind of advice/encouragement can I give him? We are in a long distance relationship so all I can do right now is talk to him on phone and give him support, what smart advice can I give him about leaving the job? Hi,

I've just bought a new graphics card that has no VGA inputs and only has DVI, but the monitor I want to use is a CRT Hyundai 19 inch with VGA only - can I just use an adaptor (DVI to VGA) or would that not work?

Graphics card is a pci-e 7950GT and I want to run the resolution at no less than 1280x1024 @ 85hz (which is the monitor's recommended setting).

A taxi driver dies and goes to heaven and upon reaching the pearly gates he announces his presence to St. Peter, who looks him up in his Big Book. Upon reading the entry for the cabby, St. Peter invites him to grab a silk robe and a golden staff and to proceed into Heaven.

A preacher is next in line behind the cabby and has been watching these proceedings with interest. He announces himself to St. Peter. I have moved!!

Can't remember if I told you that:

I have moved out from 1 Beggers Alley, located at
2 Poverty Lane at the corner of Bleak and Buster Circle . As of today, I have a brand new home.

My new address is Living Well on 3 Abundance Drive , located at the corner of Blessings Street and Prosperity Peak . No longer will I allow myself to travel on Begging Peter to Pay Paul Route, located at a Dead End Interesection called I Don't Have, it connects with Borrowers Junction.

I no longer hang out at Failure's Place, near Excuses Avenue , next to Procrastination Point. I've moved to an upscale community called Higher Heights with unlimited potential and opportunities for me to succeed.

So does Al Gore or anyone who talks about this "global warming" bullsh*t care to explain what the f- is going on right now?!?!? Morons. Where i live it was 81 degrees last Wed, the very next freakin day (and since) it was 42 degrees and hasnt risen above 48........hell of a "warming" going on. This is stupid will ppl finally realize that its absolutely ridiculous theory based on extremely loose THEORIES, not facts. Alot of it is based on temperatures that were recorded in the early early 1900's, you seriously going to trust those numbers when they hadnt even invented PLUMBING yet? They were still pissing outside but im sure they really had a stronghold on that weather, thats just a lack of common sense to believe such nonsense. In baseball this season, they are talking about its the coldest they have ever played in and are now trying to figure out how to schedule games differently, this is a tradition over 100 yrs old and they are JUST NOW talking about....HMM??!?!?!?!?!?!?
