So does Al Gore or anyone who talks about this "global warming" bullsh*t care to explain what the f- is going on right now?!?!? Morons. Where i live it was 81 degrees last Wed, the very next freakin day (and since) it was 42 degrees and hasnt risen above 48........hell of a "warming" going on. This is stupid will ppl finally realize that its absolutely ridiculous theory based on extremely loose THEORIES, not facts. Alot of it is based on temperatures that were recorded in the early early 1900's, you seriously going to trust those numbers when they hadnt even invented PLUMBING yet? They were still pissing outside but im sure they really had a stronghold on that weather, thats just a lack of common sense to believe such nonsense. In baseball this season, they are talking about its the coldest they have ever played in and are now trying to figure out how to schedule games differently, this is a tradition over 100 yrs old and they are JUST NOW talking about....HMM??!?!?!?!?!?!?

What's going on is nothing more than weather and is perfectly normal. There have been much more pronounced temperature swings in the past and snow and cold termperatures at this time of year aren't unprecedented.

You're only looking at a very small picture - namely where you live. Where I am it's been considerably warmer than normal, there's numerous moorland fires burning which doesn't normally happen until late summer, the first three months of the year have been the warmest on record and unless April cools down, then it too, will probably be the warmest on record.

It's warmer than normal here, it doesn't mean the whole world is warmer than normal. Similarly, if it's cold where you are then it's not going to be cold everywhere.

You're experiencing weather - local and short term. Global warming is global and long term. In any event, the year on year changes are barely noticable, it's only over periods of many years that the changes become apparent.

As for it being based on theories - global warming has been scientific fact for 111 years, it's only since it became a political issue that anyone's started to deny it. And in all honesty, the 'evidence' to dispute it is laughable.

Might I suggest that you dig deeper into the 'evidence' on which you base your assumption that global warming is false. Trace it back to it's origins and see if the source is reliable. The evidence to support global warming can very easily be traced back to it's origins, it can be verified by individuals should they care to do so. It's not some secret conspiracy. Heck, even the school I went to in the 1960's has kept a weather log for the past 60 years which shows the world is warming up - this is stuff 5 year old kids have done.

Quite what plumbing has to do with anything I don't know. And just to set the record straight, the Romans invented plumbing 2000 years ago. In any event, temperatures are recorded with a thermometer not a sewage pipe. 100 years ago we had motor vehicles, aircraft, highly advanced construction, telephones, governments, banking, radio etc - people weren't living in caves.

And yes, people did have a very strong 'hold' on the weather. There are accurate records dating back hundreds of years. The British were the best record keepers, 100 years ago they controled a quarter of the world, had a highly advanced navy that kept detailed weather charts and records from around the world.

The information is there and readily available for anyone to inspect it. If you cared to do that instead of relying on what can best be described as nonsense you'd be able to see for yourself just how much temperatures have changed. It's not rocket science.

Of course there is global warming, no one can realistically deny it, but we have had many ice ages and just as many global warmings in between, and this one is no different.
Better to have a bit of heat than polar bears chasing you down the street.
