i would like to know a recipe for a banana cake but i dont wanna use the oven; wanna know is there any recipe similar to panacotta {setting it in the fridge; something of those type}

No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
2 cups cold milk
1 small box instant banana pudding mix
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Using a blender or mixer - Stir cream cheese until very soft, gradually blending in 1/2 cup of milk until smooth and creamy. Add remaining milk and the pudding mix. Beat slowly on low for one minute DO NOT OVER BEAT). Pour into cool graham cracker crust. Sprinkle extra graham cracker crust crumbs on top (if you have some). This makes it extra crunchy and looks nice. Chill.


BANANA CHEESECAKE

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. tub Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. banana flavoring
1 (9") graham cracker crust
2 bananas, sliced

Slice 1 banana and arrange in bottom of graham cracker crust. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth consistency. Add Cool Whip and banana flavoring. Mix until smooth. Spread in crust. Slice remaining banana and arrange on top of cheesecake. Refrigerate. Ready to eat in 10 minutes.

CREAMY BANANA CHEESECAKE

1 graham cracker pie crust
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups bananas, sliced
1 - 3 oz. package instant banana pudding mix
1 and 3/4 cup milk
2 cups whipped topping

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and mix well. Stir in 1 cup whipped topping. Place 1 cup sliced bananas at the bottom of the piecrust. Spread cream cheese mixture over the bananas. Place remainder of bananas on top of the cream cheese mixture. Combine milk and pudding mix and stir until smooth. Add 1 cup whipped topping and mix well. Place this mixture over the bananas and chill for several hours before serving.

Banana Split Cheesecake

Original recipe yield:
1 -9x12 inch pan

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup melted butter
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 medium bananas, quartered
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
8 maraschino cherries, halved
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup pecan halves

DIRECTIONS
Blend the melted butter or margarine with the graham crackers and press into the bottom of one 9x12 inch pan.
Blend the confectioner's sugar and the cream cheese together until smooth. Spread over the graham cracker crumb layer. Layer the crushed pineapple and the bananas over the cream cheese layer. Then spread the whipped topping over the top. Decorate with maraschino cherry halves. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with pecans. Chill for at least 4 hours then serve.

Crush 10 digestive bisciuts.
Melt about 2oz butter, mix it the biscuits and spread over a shallow dish or flan tin and chill.
Mix a tub of cottage cheese with a tub of whipped double cream. Add 2 oz sugar, and mix with a food processor or hand blender.
Spread over the biscuits and chill again.
When ready to serve add sliced bananas on top.
