I mean like one of my family member just bought a new car not actually new but it's been use already 2004. Her old car is 1993 so she bought the 2004 one and drive it to her work place and some people treated her differently. some people in her work place think that she's showing off her "new car" and say blah blah blah blah...just because she replace the old 1993 car to 2004 some people in her work place treated her differently. I feel bad for her and just want to yell at those people. She's too nice that's why. Why do some people act this way??

One of my really close friends has been cutting herself again. She started when we were like 13, after she was molested by an older guy that we knew, but after a lot of talking about it she stopped. I'm the only person that ever knew about it and I promised that I would never tell.....but now she started again. She hasn't told me this flat out, but I just know that she has. She's withdrawn, and...just not herself. And now she's not eating.....I'm worried about her, and I just don't know what to do anymore. I know she'll kill me if I tell anyone we know, but maybe I should let an adult know. Her family's really screwed up right now and her parents split up.....please, I don't know what to do this time...............help?

I've just heard I lost my grandma. She was my favorite person in the world. When I was younger I always cried at the thought of her leaving me, just thinking it makes me break in tears. But now that it has actually happened I feel nothing (perhaps not yet). Maybe the thing is that since we live so far away (she in Asia and me in the US) that the news is not enough for me to feel it.
Maybe I don't wanna go to the trouble of a heartbreak, so my question is how SHOULD you feel when something like this happens?

i was on the carnival cruise line last year, week vacation around the border of mexico, one night while sleeping in my cabin, i open my eyes, and there stands this old lady, she's transparent, her eyes are empty and locked dead onto mine, we were eye level, it keeps me up at night to this day. she was like 75-80 yrs old, i dont believe in ghosts or the supernatural, but has anyone been through something like this?

i've been married for over 6 years now and no kids.. My marriage has been kind of a drag from the last 3 or 4 years. I feel like i luv my husband a lot but he doesnt give me his 100% not even half of it. He is in his own world and doesnt even want to think abt changing some of his habits for me which is co-operation from his side. We hardly have a sex life.. but the only thing thats keeping me here is him telling me that he luvs me a lot. I mean is that enough? I feel like i have gone too far from him but i still do luv him.. i am confused.. on top of all this, i recently met some1 and after hearing the things from this new guy in my life that i dont get to hear from my husband, i've become very attacthed to him.. he tells me he luvs me very much and that he wants to marry me.. I cant think about leaving my husband coz this would break his heart but is that a good reason for me to stay.. y would'nt he try to change a little bit for me.. so i see that he really do luv me.. Help!!

I am dating a very sweet 45 year old man, he is both my best friend and my boyfriend, I am 25 years old. He was previously married when he was in his late 20's/30's, but he has been divorced for 10 years. I really do want to get married at some point because I am young, and if I stay with him I would like to get married to him. I swear that devil woman is trying to ruin me! Everytime I eat something she makes I gain two pounds the very next day now I know that wicked Mrs. Harper is trying to ruin my figure! i'm pragnant at 9weeks,i have been married for 5 1/2years and i'm 24&he is 27,i'm scared if he travels & leave me alone like every year for at least 1month to his country.
since we married we had this problem of him travelling with his family and i'm always left her behind to rebook my mother-in-law hospital' appoi,and check on the rest of them' bills and i was studing in uni,which him mum was always chossing either to travel during me uni time cuz the weather is nice in there.
he then promised me never to leave me again, but when i travelled with them last year for the first time to see his country,she made my holiday hell and instead of staying there for 2 months i came back after 5weeks, i even didn't go out with him once alone.he had to drop me back and take his aunti for his mum'sake, which it did badly effect us financially till now.
all i'm scared of is as i'm pragnant she will take it as a chance to get him travle with them this year, if it happen i'll leave for good, help!

ok i am 22 my girlfriend 21 we have a little girl a year old .my girlfriend comes to me outta nowhere and is like we have been together to long . maybe we should take a break .im like what ? she says im not happy even when she seems fine and happy. okay your relationship is kinda weird. we live in separate towns about 30 miles away. yes this sucks i know we first was just kinda dating and stuff we fell for each other and she got pregnant. i go to her house 2-3 times a week and we stay the weekends together . im not happy with this and i want to live with her and my daughter. i have made countless attemps to make this happen and she is always ok with the idea to my face. and then ill get a text message on how she dont wanna make a commitment with living with me or buying a house.she now lives in her own apartment which she said i could spend the night whenever i want to but never asked me to live wit her . i love this girl and i dont want to be without her or my daughter what do i do ?

why is it that everyone thinks that a child needs both parents to grow up. for example my situation...
my husband left me and his unborn baby at 7 months for a 17 yr old girl. then instead of buying a crib, diapers and formula for his new place he bought his mistress a $250 sound system for her car. and this was just the begining of it! he lied and cheated so why in the hell would i want this dead beat piece of crap to be around my daughter when he doesn't even care about her! she has been in the world for 2 month and he has only wanted to see her 5 times. isn't it healthier for her to be with the one true parent that loves her rather than the one that is a come and go parent.

There is this girl, A, according to her, there's this guy, B, who will wait for her to turn 21 (she's 16), then ask her parents for her hand in marriage. She actually belived that B is going to marry her when she's turned 21, and she's looking forward to it.

What I want to ask is this, will B, after 5 years later, marry her?

Which I think will probably not happen, the reason for my thinking is:
1) 5 years is a long time, and don't time has a way of changing things. I mean who knows what might happen in that 5 years?
Even newlywed couple might be divorced in 5 years.

Advice please?

We've been married a long time. We've had ups and downs like everyone else, but overall it's a good marriage. But recently, things have taken a turn for the worse. My husband has been relatively healthy his whole life, but now, he's got some serious health problems. And, he's middle aged. He's the families breadwinner, and for the majority of the time, I've stayed at home, rearing the kids, being a homemaker. My health is not so great either. Recently, he's been explosive and if I ask something like I need some money to go to the grocery store, he loses it (and on other subjects too). I've considered going back to work, but not only is my health not so good, my mother lives here now, and she's got Alzheimer's. My youngest son is smart, but he's semi-disabled, and would be in charge of her if I did. And I don't think it's fair to him. Besides, when the kids were young and I did work, he'd get mad if he didn't have supper after work, etc. How can I communicate with him?

i asked this question like 20 min ago but im in alot of pain and i need alot of help. i just dont wont to give it up and lose her
ok im in 9th gread and my ex girl friend is in 8th and our 2 schools are split in between those ages. ok we start going out and its great were talkin every day and were just clickin really good bu twe didnt EVER get to c each other. well later in the relationship she started to get into trouble and we werent gettin to talk as much or c each other so she broke up with me. i told her i would wait for her till she moved to the new school. well its been 2 months now and we dont ever get to talk but she tells me she still likes me but its tearin me apart when im just sittin her waitin, but i really like her and i think she is beautiful and she has a personilty like no one else i know. i dont wont to break my promise but im scared that im gonna wait for 2 more months and shes just gonna screw me over in the end what shoul i do

I'm a Canadian who has been living in Hong Kong for several years. I've been seeing a former co-worker quite seriously for the last year. I'm very fond of her and she is crazy about me. The thing is that I recently quit my job and am starting to think that there is no future for me here, and that I should head back to Canada. I could stay here and find another job, but there is nothing very appealing right now. She would probably marry me and move to Canada if I asked her, but it would break her parents' hearts to have her living so far away. And I have a feeling that she would struggle with her career in Canada. What should I do about this relationship?
