Im 24 years old smart funny attractive yet everything is my life is going wrong, my family hates me, my sister doesnt want to know me, my best friend stabbed me in the back i have no job but am well educated why is everything in my life going so wrong what did i do to deserve this?? i cry myself to sleep thinking im being punished for something that i havent done..i have no one i can trust to turn to for help. why is this happening?

I hate the guys my mom dates! None of them are good enough for her in my eyes. And thats ALL she can talk about. I am starting to feel bad about not liking her date because she is telling me that I am being manipulative.

I have a person that I really like, but he is my BESTFRIENDS ex. Now to tell you the story before they were exs. Me and my best friend were talking on a friday night, and she had dated this guy before, but he broke up with her. Sooooooooooo........ we were talking about him. She said that she still liked him, and I told her that I loved him when she first started to date him. I, then, knew him for three years, when she had only knew him for a couple months. Then, conveniently, he called. Then he told my bestfriend that he was still in love with her. They went backj out a month later. Then, she found out that he was smoking. She broke up with him even though he insisted that he wasn't. (By the way, am am thirteen, and so is he and my friend) When she broke up with him, he started to cry, and I knew he was serious when he had said he wasn't smoking. Sooooo.........wat I am trying to get at is, if she is his ex, should I be comforting to her, or take things into my own hands?

i am 36 as of today,i have been married for 19 years and we have 4 kids together.i found out 4 yaers ago my husband was cheating on me.well we lost everything inculding our home when he decided to leave.well he forgot one thing his g/f had a husband also.and her husband was not going to let her go so freely.so my husband decided to come back and work things out (i let him because i was told it was better for my kids).well he forgot to tell me his former g/f was having his baby.at this time i was so crazy with hurt i never new what was going to hit me in the face next.i have tryed for the last 4 years to get over this but he has walked off and left us 2 other times and we have lost everything 2 other times.now i am settled with my sister in her home.he says he loves me but i can not find it in my heart to love him again.too much is and has been going on.he went and changed his job to 12 hour night shifts just so he want be able to see me or the kids.i feel he is up to no good again

Last night at the end of the semester pub bash I picked a "fight" with my teaching assistant. (I'm in australia and the culture here allows for drinking among teacher/students...totally accepted) We're about the same age.

We were both drunk and I believe what I basically did was call him on some of his teaching antics that bothered me. (God, I KNOW...so inappropriate, so unclassy) For instance I once made a statement in class and he snapped something back in defense, which made me never want to speak in his class again. THEN, a few weeks later he brought the matter up and quoted what I'd said that day and told the class he totally agreed with what I said. (Uh, no you didnt!!) When I called him on this he got defensive and well, it wasnt pretty. I think I "told him off" in the middle of campus. The worst part is *hangs head in shame* I think I have a crush on this guy, who now officially must think i am NUTSO. Do I Apologize? He still has my essay to grade.

My roommate/best friend has a tendency to get drunk and flirty (well kind of slutty) and the guy im dating is coming to see me. i know she'll hit on him and i'll end up getting upset and it'll be a bad night, ive seen her to do this to my friends hook up and i couldnt handle it. but how do i tell her that without offending her?

okay so tomorrow will be the 7 month anniversary of our relationship but he's acting weiiiiird! we broke up maybe two weeks ago and we were both having a really tough time with it- he came crawling back a few days later and i held it off for a few days more until i agreed to take him back. just so he would realize how much he screwed up for sure of course.....well we're in college so of course we live, eat, go to school in very close proximity and we used to do stuff together all the time. now he's constantly with his other friends and is purposely not making enough time for me. i've talked to him about these problems like 3 times but he still doesn't seem to get it. he says i'm not his top priority and i'm not asking to be i just want him to treat me like he used to so i'll know i'm somewhere on that priority list. what the heck is the big problem here?

I've been with this guy for about a year now, and he says he loves me, but he has this repeated problem of putting everything before me. He has freedom to see his friends-even hang out with his most recent ex- but he does so almost every day, often times before he comes home to me. We spend an hour or so together before he goes to play videogames and then go to bed, but most nights that's it- the rest of the time he'll tell me he's only going to be 1-2 hours and he ends up being gone for 5-8 hours. I don't think he's cheating on me, but he never considers me when making decisions, just what fun he can get out of it while I constantly think about him during just about every decision I make (including refraining from making other plans b/c i think i'm going to have to be home when he gets here to let him in the house/i think he's getting home earlier so i have high hopes of spending time with him... just to end up sitting around unable to concentrate wondering when he'll come home.

I think I should give up on women. I'm starting to think that the whole 'there is someone for everyone' thing is a farce. I'm not sure if something is wrong with me. I've had a couple gf's in the past but nothing too serious. Both of them ended up giving me the boot. I did everything I thought I was supposed to do. The main thing was I always told them I loved them and did that a lot. I was nice, thoughtful, considerate, and all that. Maybe it's the way I look. I'm kind of a big guy. I'm just under 6 foot but weigh around 300. Maybe third time isn't a charm. If not, I'll learn to live with it.

My mom has always seemed to love and praise my brother more than me becuase he is good at everything! I feel as thought there is nothing left for me to do to take my mom's pride. I am not really jelous of my brother I guess I am just disappointed that he gets more praise from my mom. I come from a family with two older brothers, one with a severe mental disablity and the other is amazing at everyihtng, and i am proud of that fact. My brothers are pretty much my best friends and i am very proud of them. I just need help coping with my mom praising them more.

I have my court orders stating I be allowed to see my son M-F. My son is 9 his afraid of his Dad and his family. My 9 year old stays home alone sometimes, his grandma will not allow him to call me, or visit with my father. I even have a few videos where my son is saying his grama tells him I'm crazy. I've been told to report him to CPS but I'm afraid they'll take my son away from both of us. My EX will not co-operate with me. I have also been told to call the police when I go pick up my son with court orders and his dad does not let me see him, but the cops say something that is civil law and that they can't intervine. Ok, well my b/f of a year, broke up with me because he was falling in love with me.... but didn't want to get that far obviously, or he wouldn't of admitted he cheated on me 6 of the 13 months we were together. i'm still in love with my daughters father. we have been friends since we ended our relationship but now we both think we should have gave each other another try before we ended now our old feelings are back we are always reminicing about our past. now the problem is we both are married to other people he is my best friend and he knows things about me that my husband don't even know about me. he is all i think about morning noon and night we talk on the phone everyday all day i've always been able to be myself around him but around my husband i feel so not me i don't want to hurt my husband cause he is a good man i do love him i'm just not in love with him. and i don't want to keep holding on to this other man if i'm not gonna be with him i don't know what to do this is causing a problem with my everyday life i'm so unhappy please give advice thank you for reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!
