That depends on how switched on he is, and how commited to your relationship he is. It also depends a lot on how insecure you are.
Noone can ever take someone away from someone else because everyone has free will.
It could be that she is just doing it to annoy you because she knows it gets to you. And he could just be a dumb guy (sorry any guys reading this) who is lapping up the attention without stopping to think of what is actually going on.
The most powerful thing to do , is Nothing. Be yourself, be secure and happy in your own life. Show her she's wasting her time and it isn't getting to you (if that's her motive).
Any time you 'react' you're letting someone else jerk your chain and you give away your personal power. 'Act' instead, and make sure your actions are because you want to do something, not in reaction to someone else. It is easier said than done, at 1st, but in the long run it puts you in the driver's seat of your life.

Maybe she is purposely trying to bait you into reacting. Do the best thing in the world for revenge, and don't even acknowledge that she's done anything, or means anything. Sometimes the best revenge in teh whole world is to say nothing. On another side, do you trust your boyfriend?? If so, don't worry about what someone else may be doing. Just think to yourself, yep, you like him, but I have him. :)

Brake her nose…just kidding. Start doing something that she really hates and when she gets annoyed, tell her you’ll stop when she stops flirting with your boyfriend. You could also talk to your boyfriend about it and tell him to stay away from her. If he doesn’t want to, then maybe you should get a new boyfriend and tell the person who you hate to have your leftovers.

I say knock her out , but that would probably land you in hot water and you might look like a jealous girlfriend. i suggest you talk to her, tell her it makes you uncomfortable about her flirting with your guy. If your guy doesn't notice her, then you don't have anything to worry about. If she doesn't stop, well there is always plan A.

I personally wouldn't do anything. Girls can flirt with my boyfriend all they want because I know all he does is ignore them. Once they try to take him knowing he's mine, thats when I take action. But if your boyfriend likes it, she's not your only problem. Talk to him about it. If he's not willing to tell her to stop, then you'll see his true colors.

Hopefully your boyfriend will realize she's only doing that to hurt you. People pull some hateful stuff when it comes to relationships. Talk about it with your boyfriend and avoid her unless you cannot avoid it.

Tell her to back off, or she'll see your fist in her face! What does your boyfriend do when she flirts with him? If your worried about him cheating on you, maybe he isn't worth it and shows that you don't really love him.
Good Luck!

Tell her to back off your guy.
Tell your guy that you don't feel comfortable
with her flirting with him,
and ask him to tell her that he's not interested in her
the next time she does it.
Just make sure to be careful about it.
Making enemies or hurting feelings is never any fun. :]
