Scenario:

I'm driving a compact car. I'm drving exactly 25 mph. You're sitting at a red light, totally unaware in a mid-sized SUV such as a Toyota 4-runner, late model. I hit your dead square on your bumper. My bumper sits lower then yours, so the only place I impact your vehicle is the bumper. Remember, it's a"square" impact. Three passengers occupy your vehicle. One is sitting in the rear seat, two other in the front.

What injuries would you expect from said accident? I know what ours were, but I'm curious to know what you all would think?

Please take into consideration ALL the factors above. Be reasonable with your responses. Thank you!

OK, I go to school in Louisiana, I stay with my mom in Mississippi during the school year, but my husband and most of my belongings are in Minnesota. Where should I have my driver's license? Where should I get license plates for my car? It's cheapest in Minnesota, but I live the most in Mississippi. Thank you.

A car in a parking lot backed out and hit my rear bumper that made a big dent and damaged my tail light then took off. A witness saw the event but didnt get the chance to get the license plate number. Is there anything I could do to get my bumper repaired without me paying since the other car never stopped? Or can my insurance company take care of the repair bill? FYI: There are no security cameras in the parking lot and this is in a public parking lot.

I recently got into a car accident, I rear ended somebody and I know I'm at fault. The glare from the sun made it impossible for me to see their taillights, is it possible for me to accept the fine costs and have the points be waived?

It has only been a couple of months since I have gotten my license. I live in Hawaii and I am 16 and I just got into an accident. I was turning a right and I thought the man in front of me already turned so I was inching forward trying to see if there was an opening and I hit the car in front of my. The right front light of my car was smashed. The car in front of me did not have dents, but his reflector fell off of the back. I am so scared my license will be revoked because of this.

I got caught by a state trooper for speeding. I plead not guilty
and the trial is expected to be on June 5th. I called the court and the lady who responded told me that the court does not have a district attorney and if the trooper doesn't show up, my case will be dismissed. Well since I've read so many people writing on the internet that troopers/police rarely do not show up, I won't write any further stuff about that. My questions are:

#1. People told me that I should go talk to the D.A about lessening the charges, but since there isn't one there, who do I discuss the charges with? Who should I ask/talk to? The Judge? Is that even possible before the trial?

#2. I've also read that points will not get erased even after going to traffic school. Then should I attend traffic school before my court date? Or is there a given time that even after getting a guilty verdict, points will not go to the DMV&Insurance Company for a certain time interval?
PS: My insurance company is Geico.

I took out a loan, I bought a car, I still pay as the car isn't collateral but it's registered in my ex's name, she has the car and says it was a gift. The loan balance equals the car value, is there any way i can claim the car back?

Geico assigned a wacko adjuster to me who is either real brilliant or extremely stupid. She decided to reopen an investigation that she had resolved and approved my payment.
The only reason they asssigned this woman is because my insurance is less than 55 days old.
Does this sound right?
She has kept me waiting disclosed all of her personal life and retreived info from my previous insurance carrier without my approval.
I feel she is overdoing it with my claim.
What rights do I have and how far can they go??

Today I got in a car accident, however, the situation is very unique. When I was driving, the stoplight turned green, and then the car in front of me suddenly stopped and I rear ended him, however, as we were exchanging information, I discovered his insurance was expired. If anyone has been in this sort of situation before, Do you know what the best course of action for me would be? Should I settle it without involving the insurance companies? Or should I bring insurance in?

Would you place a sticker on your teen's car with the slogan "How's My Driving?'' The sticker has a toll-free number so other drivers can report your teen's unsafe driving behaviors.

Also, what should I watch out for (as far as paperwork is concerned)?

1. Sitting at red light, a drunk driver hit us hard directly square in rear bumper. Damage to his car=totaled. Our vehicle $600 and bumper's main support system absorbed impact. It crushed the shell and absorbance foam. Impact was estimated to be at 20-25 mph.

2. My daughter in back seat sustained neck, shoulder and lower back injuries. All soft tissue.

3. Hospital bill was $2000, chiropracter $12,000. MRI that came back normal in the shoulder area, showed limited findings. $1500.

4. Today, the aduster contacted our medical provider and said he would not pay any of the medical bills! His reason, "damages to our vehicle was only $600! He did not call us, he called our doctor! Is this unethical and intimidation tactics? When the accident first happened, he said his party was at fault and to seek any medical treatment we needed, now this? He waits until my daughter is almost done with treatment?

5. Talked to several experts, said despite damages, impact was significant. help
