Someone told me they thought that was all made up my insurance companies to get more money. I disagree and think that boys have more accidents and more costly accidents, both in terms of lives lost and money. What do you know?

It did not occur to me until I had this dream last night where I bought a new lexus and an hour later got into an accident and totaled the new car.

If there is coverage, what is the extent of the coverage?

I am not a car owner therefore I wouldn't know.

My car was parked on the said eof the curb while i was visiting a family member. We all heard a loud crash and ran outside and some dumb guy had ran off the road and ran right into the back of my parked car. His car was totaled and he hit my car so hard that it moved up a whole cars length and more of where it was parked.The guy first tried to start his car to run bit it wouldn't start so he got out and ran leaving the car there.The police came and did not catch the driver but they got the owners information and insurance and gave it to me.The people that own the car are saying their car was stolen. will the owners car incurance pay for my cars damage?The owners did not report their car stolen untill after the accident and the ingnition was not punctured or anything is there any way I can get their insurance company to fix my car?

hi i am turing 16 this april 27. and i have the drivers permit. i dont have a license yet. i finished the drivers training 6 hour couse already. so my question is... can i drive by myself? i hear that you can drive yourself to school and work only by youself, but anywhere else you need an adult with you. is this correct? and also when is it a good time for me to get insuarance?

It was in NC. I was taken to ER by ambulance. Still seeing doctors. It's been about a month. Suffering memory loss. Multiple x-rays done at ER, came back negative. I have a scheduled MRI coming up. I have been going to Physical Theropy, my doctor prescribed twice a week for a month. My car was declared totaled via insurance. Estimated medical bills already exceeds $5000, not counting upcoming MRI. It was a driver side impact, rear door. Driver failed to yield. they were cited unsafe movement via police. My two questions are, a. What is a fair settlement? and b. Do I need a lawyer?

My friend was involved in a small accident happened in traffic hour; there is only minor dent and scratch damage to her car and the parties involved exchanged info and left the scene without having the police involved. But when she called the other party's insurance company for claim, she met a worried pattern: first the insurance company wanted her to drive her car to a location to get assessment instead of coming to her; then she was mailed many forms to fill without any indication when they are going to pay for the damage. What she needs to do next? Any experience to share please? My won experience has been positive in the past so I don't know what to tell her. Thanks in advance.

I was caught by police a couple of weeks ago for driving a courtesy car which the insurance had run out the day before. I was unaware of this as the company was sorting the insurance out on the car. My car which was in the garage was fully insured in my name and i never break the law this is the first time i have evr been in trouble with the police. I was driving my boyfriends truck to go to work and I unfortunatly ran head on into someone. Its a long story it was an accident and thank god everyone was okay. However my boyfriend lied to me and had said he had full coverage insurance - what happens now? He had insurance, just not full coverage.
