Unfortunately, accidents happen all the time on private property, which is what the company is. To answer your question: Unless it was a company vehicle that struck your vehicle the answer is no. The best thing to do is contact your insurance company and file a claim. Hopefully, you have full coverage. They will investigate and try to find out who hit you.
Good luck!

Only if they picked someone and ordered him to drive into your car would they be liable, and that is highly unlikely. LOLOL!!
It is rare for security cameras to be able to cover the whole parking lot. They focus them to catch comings and goings of vehicles and people, so, if they say they didn't get a good view of the hit, it is likely true. So what you have is a hit and run, which is a police matter. They probably won't come out to investigate unless the damage is such that the vehicle is undrivable. They will likely ask you to go to the station to make your report. Definitely make that report, as that person may go to a body shop for repairs. You likely will be asked for the police report number when reporting a hit and run to your insurance company as well.

Of course not! What did the company do that caused the damage to your car? Are you going to try and claim that they were negligent by providing a place for you to park your car? Unless it was a company-owned vehicle that hit yours, they have no liability.
The person who hit your car is liable. If they can't be located, file a claim with your insurance company under the Uninsured Motorist coverage. That covers hit-and-run damage.

Nope the company is not responsible unless it was a company vehicle that hit your car.
If someone just hit your car and took off then your insurance will have to cover it.....

The only way the company would be liable is if it was a company car that hit yours.

The company would not be liable for the damages to your vehicle. In some states there is underinsured motorist property damage coverage which will take care of the damages to your vehicle. Other states do not have this coverage and you will need collision coverage.

them not being able to find the person is probably b.s. and the company is not responsible unless it was a company car or truck or whatever hit, than they would be, but if it is just someone no. if u do have company vehicles that might be y they can not find the car that hit u (hint hint)
