No. If you get a parking ticket, how do they know who drove the vehicle there and parked it illegally, or let the meter run out, so they know who to charge the points to? The worse that can happen is your next registration renewal will be held up until someone pays the fines. That can be anyone from you to Santa Clause they don't care.

YES.... and the points go against you and the points also cause the insurance company to look at the record and often raise the rates........... best that you drive with great caution and care -- to avoid being the apple of the eye of the local policia......

They go on your record, but they don't contribute towards points nor do they raise your insurance rate. They only become a problem if you don't pay them.
