hi i am turing 16 this april 27. and i have the drivers permit. i dont have a license yet. i finished the drivers training 6 hour couse already. so my question is... can i drive by myself? i hear that you can drive yourself to school and work only by youself, but anywhere else you need an adult with you. is this correct? and also when is it a good time for me to get insuarance?

for the regulations in your State. Insurance is mandatory as soon as you get behind the wheel. Your parents or guardians should notify their insurance carrier immediately that there is, or will be, an additional driver in the house.

In what state? Generally you can't drive without insurance on the vehicle you are driving at any time, and you must have an adult in the vehicle with you that is licensed to drive before you can practice drive. Any questions could be directed to your drivers training instructor.

No, of course you cannot drive by yourself without a license!

How did you pass the written test in the first place? That's Driving 101!

You should have got insurance BEFORE you started driving if you own the vehicle. If you're driving your parents' car, you're covered under their policy as long as you're listed on the policy. You should have been listed on the policy as soon as you got your permit. Driving 101 again!
