If you lose it as in you left it somewhere and can't find it, you'll pay the usual issue fee to have it replaced. If it was taken by the courts or the DPS you'll likely have substantial other costs to deal with.

The fee for replacing a lost or stolen license in TX is only $10. You can look at this page to find out what else you need to bring to the DPS:

you will be lucky if that's all you have to pay. especially for DUI
