Stolen Plates?

My license plates were stolen off my vehicle I haven't registered since 2005 because i haven't paid my personal property tax When i get all the items to register the vehicle will they issue me new plates and about how much will i pay for penalties?

Dont worry about it, Just re register the car and you will likely have no extra charge. Report the stolen plates to the Police
