Lets say I was in an accident where someone came over into my lane & hit me. It was their fault but their insurance company has not accpeted liability because their driver is telling a different story. Their driver is telling their company that I came over into their lane.
I didn't call the police. A mistake, I realize.
I only have liability insurance. Can my insurance company do anything for me? What are my options? If they are offering me 50%, should I take it?

Ok I figure auto makers can't realistically sell every last model car made in a given year so what do they do with the unsold ones? Do they stick it to the dealerships and leave them to obscenely discount them until they sell and let them take the loss or do they do something smarter and return them to the factory to be resold as the next years' model, provided they didn't redesign that model for the coming year? Anyone that works in the auto industry, I have always wondered how they take care of this situation.

I traded my 2003 Sunfire for a 2003 Celica GT-S.I loved my Sunfire but the Celica was my favorite car. do you think i made a good choice? I made my choice based on exterior and interior looks only..so based on looks alone did i make the right choice?

The car I just bought sat outside for 6 months not running. The owner did, however charged the battery for 6 months. It ran great until I let the car sit for a week. Now it's not turning on. Is it time for a new battery? Thanks.

its very similar the only diffrence is that it was made for a car seat headrest and the logo and buttons are flipped over and the one i have looks like it was made for as a flip down that goes on a car headliner heres a picture i took of my monitor its very blurry sorry

i own a 1969 bel air and it doesnt have a hood. i have access to a 67 bel air hood but im not sure if it would work. i am wondering if anyone knows what hoods would work with a 69 bel air.

I have a truck, 93', and I would like to put new speakers in the truck to go along w/the new stereo, ect. But I have absolutly NO idea what one differs from another.
So i'm asking whats a good speaker brand, (not in subwoofers or anything, just good, sounding speakers, & can take the sound i try to give them w/out it blowing.
and i'm asking if there is anything i should know about my stereo system while i'm picking out my speakers.

In my trade (marine woodwork, specifically), most people are leery of epoxies other than West System. I know that this is because of decades of reliability, and uncertainty of the newer products. I have played around with other epoxies, and have found nothing to suggest inferior performance. It does seem to me that West System has a less 'harsh' catalyst than other kinds that I have tried. Some of the catalysts are downright intoxicating. I would prefer to stay sober on the job.
Just curious what people think.
