A number of things could be happening here...
1. The switch contacts could be bad... hence you will need a new switch !
2. The motor may have shorted out... need a new motor !
3. The guide rails could be bent from excessive use...
4. A simple wire may have come loose
A tech with a voltmeter could test all of these points for you to determine what is wrong... so my advice is to have them checked... it won't be a fuse, because all the windows wouldn't work !

If the other windows open, the first thing I would check would be the wiring on the underside of the plate where all the buttons are. If everything is tight there, then the widow motor may be bad. This happens sometimes. You can fix it yourself, you can get a good motor from a junkyard. Get your hands on one of those Chilton manuals for your car if you are into home repairs. If not, at three years old it should be under warranty. Take it to the Toyota dealership and let them get it sorted out for you. Best of luck!

Is it making a sound as if it is trying to open? If so, I had this happen once. There are bolts going through the window held with locktite on some vehicles and sometimes they fall out. If you wiggle the window with your hands, it would give a little if this was the case. otherwise, check your fuses
hope this helps

Its possible that your switch is faulty, the main question is does it open from your drivers switch or your rear window switch. If doesnt open from either one, then you have a wireing problem. If its just the main front drivers door switch that it doesnt open from, then its just a bad switch.

opening and closing doors sometimes loosens the wiring. Should be under warranty but check exposed wiring or dig deeper to see if this is the problem.

check your fuses b/c you might have blown a fuse. If it is making a noise when you push it down, then it might just be off the track.
