Thanks to all for your answers. A few more details. I did take the truck back and they checked it out. They said there was nothing wrong with it. I then took it to the Auto Club and they advised me to take it to a different dealer. I did, and they also said the truck checked out OK. I requested they get a Toyota representative to look at it, which they will be doing tomorrow. Maybe I'm over reacting, but is it acceptable to have the whole truck, especially the bed, lower on one side by two inches?

You do not state whether they have been co-operative but my assumption given your question is that they have not. I had a similar situation with a Volkwagon I bought in the late 90s. I learned quite a bit from that experience. Honestly, finding a place on the internet to voice your issues will not provide you anything more people than others the same boat as you and turn into essentially a support group.

If you are not getting the results you need from your dealership get in touch with a Lemon Law attorney in your state now! They will offer you the best advice. After that, visit another dealership and see if they are willing to do anything for you. I took both steps in my fight with VW. I waited too long to get in touch with the lawyer but the second dealership took care of me to the best of their ability.

If these options do not work for you and you want either a new car or your money back then park the car in front of the dealership with lemons taped all over the car. Get some poster board and make up some signs with short messages describing your problem. You will need to put it on a public street in front of the dealership since they are obviously not going to allow you to park on their property. Hurting their weekend sales for a weekend should be enough to let them know you are playing for keeps.

For one, you're comparing 2 automobiles that are no longer interior the comparable class. One is a SUV and the different is an entire length %.-up truck. you will evaluate a Tundra to the F150, GMC Sierra, steer clean of Ram, Chevy Silverado. The EXT is resembling a Hummer H2 SUT, Lincoln Navigator, Lexus LX470, or selection Rover. it is the deal you're speaking 20 grand extra for a EXT than a Tundra. Tundra tows extra. i don't be attentive to if i desire to tow something with a $60,000 truck, until I even have $a hundred,000 boat at the back of it. besides, you will desire the Tundra to tow it besides, because of the fact the EXT could no longer tow a ship that weighs 8,000 kilos.

Get Your owners manual and find the info to contact Toyota Customer Relations, get then to help you out. After all they are the warrantor .They are more likely to get your truck fixed as they don't like unhappy customers that can tarnish their image.

You could start your own blog or maybe Toyota owners have a blog spot of their own. Check www.Toyota.com.
