Ok, I am about to redo my audio. I am putting in aftermarket speakers in the already OEM locations (two 6x9's and two 3 1/2's) I am adding component 6 1/2's and tweeters in it as well as two 10 in subs in trunk. Is MA audio or Memphis audio good brand for those? if not, then who? and who should I go to for amps that dont lie about there power.

i just bought my bass and an amp and it just came in the mail. im trying to hook up the bass to the amp so the sound comes out of the amp right... but i dont know how. i got the chord hooked from the bass into the amp... and the amp is plugged into the wall... the powers on, and ive messed with the volume controls... what am i doing wrong. I have a 2000, BMW Z3 Roadster. It came stocked w/ Harmon Kardon speakers & a crappy stereo (w/1disk CD changer).It melted in Houston.
I want the best of the best. BMW Stereos are way to expensive. I would choose a "Bose" but I guess, they only makes car stereos for certain car models. What about one w/a GPS? Help!!!!!!! Please

i got a kicker zx750.1 amp and it has two outlets one for negative and one for positive and i got two subs that are 2ohm dvc and i have two positive wires and two negative wires coming out my box terminals, is it gon be cool to put both the positives in that one positive outlet and the two negatives in the negative outlet?

First off, I cant figure out how to take off the dash...or at least the part of the dash to access the cd player. I managed to take off the face of the stock cd player but i dont think that did me any good. Then once i get the cd player out i think i might need a wiring diagram if anyone has that.

i own a 5.1 logitech speaker system.... with a old creative sound blaster live 8000. the surround speakers blew up and don't work anymore.... and sometimes i need to twist the green audio wire plugged to my sound card to get sound. What's causing this damage to my speakers + wires? is it the creative sound card?? thats out of date.... or is it my speakers that was poorly designed? i used them for a good 3 years .... http://www.techwarelabs.com/reviews/audio/logitech_z640/images/843.gif and im planning on buying the Z-5500 tomorrow after xmas...... but im worried it might blow up with the same sound card??? should i just buy the new creative series X-Fi sound cards?

i dont wanna throw it away to waste, it makes my bass sound really clean and crisp... but i have a feeling its not worth teaming up with my z-5500.

Here's the deal, I've got an '05 F-150 with a pioneer head unit, 2 Audiobahn 12" subs and a 3500 watt amp, currently running at about 1900 watts @ 2 Ohms RMS. I've been watching my voltage drop alot more lately when I'm sitting at red lights. At driving speeds, the voltage stays around 14.0 to 13.6. When I sit at a red light however, it goes as low as 12.7. I have to pretty much turn off the amp at night, as all my lights get some dim and flicker on the hard bass notes. I've heard I need a bigger battery... or a H.O. Alternator ... and a few other opinions. What do I really need to do to stop this?

Im not sure how to go about buying a car stereo for a car that is not mine, its for my boyfriend for christmas. I know its a two door jeep... i wanna say wrangler.. but i could be wrong.
