im thinking of beating the hardest around my block..........i dont know if i should get 2 15" kicker or 3 12" jl audio thats 4000watts each

The Kicker's I recommend way over the JL's.
You will be much more happy, and it will cost less.
JL is overpriced and everyone still buys it because they need to get a kick in the head to shake them loose.
Get the two L7's. They are one of the most kick butt subs you will ever come across and they will be louder, better, awesome!

TWO JL 13W7's will be louder than 2 15" L7s.
They will sound much better, too.
The JL W7 is one of the BEST subwoofer drivers on the market.
Also, check into AudioPulse LMS-Ultra subs, 18" models.

this is funny cuz alot of people will tell you to get the 3 jl audio but theres alot of factors to it your enclosure and the type of car you have are some and if you get the amps for it to power them right but a bit of advice if your going to be flaunting your loud system around your block you better be ready to get your car broken into lol

Make sure you get some good ear plugs and armor plate while you're at it. The ear plugs to keep you from ruining your hearing and the armor to keep Bubba from blowing you to kingdom come when you make a total nuisance of yourself.
