First off, I cant figure out how to take off the dash...or at least the part of the dash to access the cd player. I managed to take off the face of the stock cd player but i dont think that did me any good. Then once i get the cd player out i think i might need a wiring diagram if anyone has that.

I had an identical concern with a 01 Pontiac. I took it to the folk i offered it from and that they ran a cord from the fuse field to the lower back of the radio. labored superb. I actual don't understand precisely which fuse, or the place they related it into the lower back of the radio (it is been approximately 3 years on account that I observed this), and did no longer do it myself. Sorry. i'm hoping something in here helps... PX

Usually you just pull off your ac/heat panel plastic piece then theres 2 screws u unscrew then u pull off the vents..then u just unscrew the radio..pull out harnesses...connect harnesses after u crimp caped them together...then put in new radio with dash kit...screw the 4 screws bak in...2 screws back in on ac panel...put ac panel back on....done
