I have done an upgrade of a head unit and replacing 4 speakers in about an hour. Some types of vehicles take more time, If you know and have all the needed extra parts like a faceplate, Adapter plugs it saves time also. With little experience installing it should take 1 to 3 hours for a basic system For a shop to do it it will be the shops 1 hour minimum.

Yea that car isn't to bad for room and ability to dismantle easily. And being he has experience just an hour or two. Unless he will be installing amps and rca cables then add an hour for component install and an hour for reassemble.

a beginner with some kind of knowledge of colors and polarity can have a headunit and speakers installed in less than an hour. Depending on what car you have gives you the most hassle. cuz you have to take the old radio out and that can include taking the whole dash off (like i said depending on make model and year of the car)

Depends on who's doing the installation, and how much custom fitting is required. If you take your car to a shop who specializes in installing car stereo systems, they should be able to do the job in a few hours.
