The ceiling is 2 different levels and I don't want to buy one to find out it can't be easily done.

I see them online...but I don't know how easy it is to install them. (Or where in my car, the ceiling is not all one level)

As others have suggested, I'd go with the headrest variety. Much easier to mount.
As for ceiling mount. It can be done at your dealer, but count on losing some headroom, and they must build a "recess" for the screen to fold up into. It will also be MUCH more expensive....

They can do it for you easily at the dealership..Probably the best deal you will get having it installed. I have seen those that you can mount on the back of a seat..If you want to do it yourself and easy..I would do that.
