I believe a carrier is probably in the hundreds of millions, as in 700-800 by now. As far as a rocket goes, they've actually been getting cheaper over time. I'd say you could buy a small one for payloads for 50,000,000 dollars. The SUPPORT and logistics is where they kick you, as you will spend way more on getting it off the ground, than the actual rocket will cost itself.
