Your in luck! Nissan Seat belts are warranted for the life of the car. Unless the belt is cruddy and the D ring has body oils and dirt holding the belt out. Then a good seat belt cleaning is in order. I use silicone spray lubricant on the belt web after I clean the seatbelt and d ring at the B pillar. Use very hot water and detergent sponge and vacuum out the water dry with the belt pulled all the way out. Don't allow the wet belt retract use vice grip pliers to hold the belt out while cleaning. Silicone prevents the problem from happening by repeling dirt and body oils. And a added bonus the siliconed belt retracts much faster.
