My daughter is growing up in the city. When I took her with me to the country to visit a friend, she asked them why they are living in the jungle. They still laugh about this every time I talk to them.

football season is here, and my fiance's friends are over all the timE! i wouldnt it as much, because they dont make a big mess, but they think they are welcome to open my fridge and my cabinets and help themselves!!! of course, i dont mind them eating here, but honestly, isnt it a bit rude? shouldnt they ask me first??? they just go and grab a beer, or stick the popcorn in the microwave and help themselves to bowls and so forth. i want them to feel comfy, but do you think i should set some boundaries?

This morning I took my 8 year old son out to breakfast at a family restaurant. There were 2 elderly men seated next to us,and one kept using swear words throughout his conversation. It would be different if they were out at a bar...but in this place, with a child nearby...how RUDE! I almost said something like 'Can you watch your language around a young child?'--but then, thankfully, they got up and left.(Maybe becuase of the evil stare I gave him.lol)
What would you have done in this situation?

I have two sisters who I'm very close with. One twin sister Chelsea, and my 14 year-old sister Joleen. We are very close. As a matter of fact, we have the habbit of hugging, having our arms around each other, we kiss (on the cheek, duh!), and I have the habbit of placing my hand on their thighs! My sisters aren't complaining and all, but some see it as "Ugh! You pervert! You do that to your sisters!? I can't believe you!" I asked my sisters if they were okay with that, and they said they had no problem with it and that it was okay with them! They said it was fine! I asked them to be honest with me, and they said they were honest--it don't bother them. I told them to tell me if they were uncomfortable with it, and they said it was nothing to them! Is it wrong to place my hand on my sisters' thighs? I mean heck, they're not complaining at all! I asked our pastor, and he found nothing wrong with it! My girlfriend says the same thing! My parents are of the same sentiment!

Since I started working at my job, me and this one woman have become pretty close friends. We take breaks together and talk and even email outside of work. A few of my other co-workers have hinted towards conflicts that they have had with her in the past. It seems that when she is mad (usually for no apparent reason) she will blatently ignore co-workers, talk about them behind their back, and be just plain nasty to others. I have witnessed this as she did this to another person.
Now she has recently begun doing this to me. For no apparent reason, she has ignored me and avoided me. This happened 2x in one week. First time I let it go. Second time, I went on with my business and didn't give in or try to mend things. She recently apologized and told me that she wasn't mad at me but she was mad at a person who stopped to talk to me in passing. But she ignored me, and avoided me the rest of the week! I told her that that kind of stuff doesn't work for me. How do I act now??

People are people, we commit mistake. When we commit mistake and ponder on it. The person who committed the sin would regretted and basically would beg for pardon. Should we expect that the person we have done wrong would totally forgive us? How would we the person who was hurted know that the other person is truely sorry for the mistake done?

A person was trying to start his mobike and he had kicked the starting pedal some 35/40 times. I saw that the electric wire leading to the spark plug was out of place and hanging. I went to him and put the wire on the plug and the engine started. The fellow said "o.k. o.k. ' I know, I know " and went away. His behaviour was beyond my understanding. Please tell me what do you think of it.

My buddy and I have worked together fixing up his properties for 3 years. The one apartment I live in has special meaning to both of us, as it took 3 years to finish, but he "gave" it to me at a reduced rent because I still help renovate his apartments for new tenants, sometimes 20 plus hours a week after work and weekends, I work late and almost always come home to him either being in my space or knowing he has been in there. I trust him but it seems very very wierd to me. What does one do when they are in another's home and they aren't there? I am a private and neat person and even call my parents if I just want to get something out of their garage (I have some things stored there) One day he even brought a friend through and showed our progress without even thinking of asking. Just "hey look what the place looks like" and walk right in. The guys my best friend but my landlord too and I have a sweet deal $$$. What do I do/ say? I have never experienced a situation like this.

Why would I feel this way? I saw him from across the room and wanted to stay as far away from him as possible. I don't know why. He was well dressed and I had never met him before. Is he a mirror of the things I hate about myself? I felt that he wasn't liked, even though he was talking to a few people and seemed nice. I just wish he wasn't there. I got this horrible feeling in my stomach. I asked myself if someone felt like this about me, that would hurt. People have felt like this towards me over time. They did their best to ignore me. I sensed that they didn't want to be around me. I never met this guy. What else could it be? Does he remind me of someone In hate? Has this ever happened to you?
