Not in the office, but I did in class during an exam in college. It was loud & filled the room with a stench of rotten eggs.
The instructor just got up and opened the door, to let in some air.

purposely? no. but I did fart one time at work with my headphones on. I thought it was going to be a SBD one but it was loud and deadly.
