Don't you hate when people bring there face down to their plates, that bugs me, and i correct people when i see it lol cracks them up

You can tell the average wealthier person as opposed to one that is not so wealthy by the distance the fork must travel from the plate to the mouth. You can see this up close and personal in an upscale but traditional restaurant.
This has to do with European customs only. Don't try to bring Japanese into this. Just because they like to slurp their noodles one half inch from bowl to mouth. That is not objectionable behaviour in that culture. Asians have a tremendous amount of class and courtesy. You very seldom hear of an Asian in an American Jail.

Believe it or not, it is a breach of etiquette to point out another person's lack of manners.
Which is sort of funny, because that's exactly what I'm doing right now. lol

Yes, it's horrible...my ex-husband almost drinks his soup from the bowl, as well as salad. YUK!
