Very rude. I am surprised you even asked. What if your dog bites the postman? In my area if a dog bites a person that person can demand that the dog be put down. (A friend of mine had to put her dog down because it bit someone. It's not a good feeling). If you have no regard for the postman consider how you would feel if you had to put your dog down.

It's rude, irresponsible, and inconsiderate. Not funny at all in my opinion. And since the mailman has the right to defend himself it's not fair to the dog either.

Do you really have to ask.It is way too inconsiderate and obnoxious, haven't you heard how pitbulls maul people to death ,how would you like it if someone does that to you, you're more vicious than the dog. It's no way in hell funny at all.

Oh my,I don't visit this section often.Lol.A good Mailman,would have dog treats or mace.It is not your fault,if he doesn't know the ins and outs of his job.No junk mail or bills would be sweet,not to mention the cheap entertainment.Nothing rude about it.

no not rude by any means. Rather risky don't you think? Do you want your mail delivered? They can ban your house from delivery if they want to and you'll have to pick it up then due to hazardous conditions with threat to life or limb. Its your choice if you can live with the circumstances that is.
