The Women's Liberation Movement. It had some merits, such as equal pay for equal work, but it also brought Roe vs Wade, a trend toward increased divorce, a breakdown of the family structure. Women often now have to work outside of the household whether they want to or not because of the cost of health insurance, etc., but I personally know that working full-time and trying to raise a family and care for a home and aging parents makes for extemely tired, stressed out women who feel like they are on a treadmill running as fast as they can, and it negatively affects everyone in the family.

The fact that people work no less than they did fifty years ago. With automation and increased efficiency due to computers etc. why is over 60% of the adult population still working 40+ hours a week just to get by.

I gave this quite a bit of thought, so don't laugh it off completely before hearing it to the end. Nudie bars or strip clubs have to be it. Women degrade themselves in front of you and encourage you to stuff dollar bills into their garters while on stage. Afterwords they sit on your lap and encourage more money from you. After all of this leading on, if you ask them out you are laughed out of the club; well once she has made sure she has gotten all of your money. So is that confusing or what? Imagine some poor foreigner getting looped into that.

Debt. We have become a culture that has to have everything we want NOW. This is the mentality of our government as well. We are drowning in debt from the top to the very bottom. That is disturbing to me.

Airbags. It took 'em years to install the option of shutting them off, and that didn't happen before a few kids were gruesomely killed.
