I'm thinking it would be around 12. What do you think? Are there any laws or Disneyland guidelines?

I disagree with the idea completely because they should be giving up the bottle by 1. She never cries for the bottle with me and drinks from a sippe cup or regular cup. It seems that she only wants it when she is with my mother in law. My husband thinks nothing is wrong with that but I do. What do you all think about this situation? What should I do about it?

My husband thinks kids should learn as early as possible so they have a healthy respect for guns. I'm not sure yet. I think 12 years old is a good age to teach a kid how to shoot. What do you think and why?

Hi, this question is strange sorry.
My son has a weird fixation with his nipples, he is four years old. I don't know if nursing him until he was two has anything to do with this or not. He has been dong this for about two months now, he just won't stop touching them. If I keep him busy with other things, reading, drawing, etc.. he seems to stop until he gets bored again. I tell him to stop and he thinks I am mad, I just don'tunderstand it.

Has anyone else gone through this? Is it a faze? I feel frustrated, and very worried.

ok, so she has a 8 month old who poops and cries more than any kid i have ever seen and a 3 year old with a laundry list of behavioral problems, some of which are that she chews up my son's toys and abuses my animals at evey opprotunity. these are not easy kids to take care of. but she has a minimum wage job and recieves assistance and i don't want to ask for too much. i need the money for my own family. how much is fair? i have them about 3 days a week for 4-6 hours a day. i would say about 14 hours a week. i was thinking about $80 a week. is that too much? that is $5.71 an hour for both kids. most daycares charge arround $12 an hour for 2 siblings. (i actually did some research) see she thought the county would pay her childcare but now they have denied her eligability and we need to discuss payment. i think any less would be not worth it to me.

Whenever I cook a real dinner, he refuses to eat any of it, saying he doesnt like whatever it is I've prepared. I know he likes these things as he's had them and enjoyed them before. He expects a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or Chef Boyardee instead of what everyone else is eating.. On top of this, he frequently asks for snacks between meals, which are regualrly refused on my end.
It's nealry impossible to get him to eat anything other than junk food without him pulling the "Gagging" routine. My husband doesnt seem to think this is a big problem and I end up getting frustrated and yelling at the the boy. What should I do?

Im a 20 y/o single mother of my 2 y/o little man. I work only a few hours a day and the rest of the time 100% of my time is devoted to him. However Just curious for you opinion on what you think about me going out. I like to go out and drink a little ( always have a designated driver) and dance my butt off. I live with my parents so I have no worries about him while being out. I always put him to bed and make sure everything is fine before I go. I was going out only on fridays but I want to start going out more, meeting new people. Just wondering if You think this is irresponsible being as I am a mother. I appreciate all of ya'll opinions. Thanks!

My husband has put my son to sleep by laying with him in the recliner everynight since he has been born. Everynight it's a schedule. He say's you ready for nite nite and he runs to the recliner. He does take him to his bed later but that's where he needs to start off at. I have to admitt it's real sweet and all but I am visualizing a 16 year old laying there with him. I need to stop this as quickly as possible if it's not to late. HELP!

My exhusband has bipolar and lives nearby but is all over the place mentally; it has now been over nine weeks since he has even asked how our son, 2, is doing; still is typically once every five or six weeks that he'll stop by for less than half an hour anyway despite my many attempts to include him in our son's life..
I have been seeing someone very seriously for almost five months who has embraced my situation and truly loves my son as if he were his own. We have talked about the future and despite having some opposing viewpoints on future children (I want, he doesn't), I would very much like to thank him in a special way on Father's Day without overdoing it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

it just seems that people get more and more stupid...btw..SHE IS PREGNANT again w/ child #4...never mind she threatened to KILL the "f-ing" (her words, not mine)child and SHE (the mom) is only 24...

this is someone who has no right to have children at all for any reason I can find...

a child license to me would be nothing more than a psychological determination by the psychologist of the person's choosing....as well as getting the decision of those closest to her...all would be forced by signature to be objective and to throw away any and all bias..there would have to be a greater than 75% opposition to that mother/father in order to bar them from having their kids. If the mother fails the test, the child would be put in care of a family member of her choice, but could NOT live with the family until she proves herself worthy via medicine or otherwise...

Plus they can adapt a child already born that needs parent/s. And if you have two child and want more you should adopt. I think its very selfish to keep having children and not look at the impact humans are having on the environment. What do you think?

Im serious about this.

My friends daughter when she was 16 tried to kill herself but only drank half a bottle of childrens tylenol (which we all know will not kill you) and her parents brought her to the hospital and the dr. told them she would be fine. ( she was doing it for attention obviously)

But the parents wanted to teach their daughter a lesson.
They asked the dr. to pump her stomach as a punishment.

Do you agree with their decision.

(there daughter has never tried to do it again.)
