Im new with using RAID for my pc so please bear with me.

In an event of a hard drive failure running RAID level 1 which I believe is mirroring. How can I recover from the loss? Like, If one fails, I have a copy at the second drive. Right? Then How can I install a new drive to replace the failed hard drive? Should I just pop it in and that should "mirror" by itself or will I need a software that will clone the working hard drive unto the new hard drive then reinstall the RAID Array.

so there's this girl who i'm absolutely crazy about(call her jill). I met her at the beginning of this past school year and it always seemed like she was interested in me, but at the time i had a girlfriend so i never acted on it. then i broke up with that girlfriend but i had fallen out of touch with jill and only talk to her off and on. then towards the end of the year i ran into her and she asked me to come study for a test with her which sounded promising, but then when i actually tried to get together to do the studying it seemed like she didn't want to. to make things worse i'm going home for the summer so i was really looking forward to being able to hang out with her a little bit before the summer but then it didn't really happen. should i maybe just wait till i come back to school and just ask her out then? i don't know what to think so any advice would be much appreciated.

hi;i am a 18 years old girl;i am tired of everything.my only hope is to be accepted in university and become a chemist.you know;i think i am somewhat wierd because nobody tends to like me;i mean i am not interesting for anyone.even my mother syas me that why i am like this. well;i am not so into humor ; i am kinda serious;i look good and boys when see me for the first time ;i am attractive for them also in school my girl freinds in the first days like me but then live me alone.i wanna know whats wrong with me?am i mad?you know i like riding bicycle ;swimming and spending time in internet.i study well;i try to be good.but its really hard for me to be so close to someone;and i really cant show that i like them;i am alittle shy;even near my mother i am shy.i am worried because now as a highschool student i dont have much problems about this problem but i am afraid if i have such problems in future;also i am sure that nobody likes a person like me that just enjoys studying .thanks!

Hiya, after a string of self-esteem destroying relationships, I've met a man who seems to have it all. He is thoughtful, intelligent, caring, polite, genteel, in touch with emotions and he’s good looking. He has a good job, lives nearby, &he knows all of my friends already. Thing is… He doesn’t appear to have much of a sense of humour. He laughs at my stories &jokes, but doesn’t make me laugh. I’m always being told I’m a v. funny person &must admit I like nothing more than acting silly &laughing til my sides hurt. This guy compliments me a LOT, &thinks I have ‘amazingly positive energy’ and is really blowing steam up my behind the entire time. But I don’t know that I like it, because I’m not used to it. &I don’t know if I can have a lot of fun with him if he can’t let loose &be silly too. Does this spell disaster or should I see how things go? We have had 3 dates. Part of me thinks I need to be a bit more reserved. He ticks every other box. Should I talk to him about it?

We just discovered a growth on our english spot rabbits cheek. It just came out of the blue. It feels pretty hard. He was doing well on Tuesday, being his normal self, no abnormal eating. Then yesterday, he started to act different and the growth had gotten bigger. We want to help him, but at the same time, we can't afford a vet visit. We are thinking about putting him to sleep, fearing that it may be cancerous or tumorous. Anyone have any other ideas of what it may be?

Old woman goes into her local supermarket where a young girls is serving at the counter, and say's "Can I have 36 tins of cat food please"

The girls reply's " You must have a lot of cats"

To which the old woman says "Oh no,there for my husbands sandwiches, I use the cat food as a paste for the bread"

The girls reply's " That will kill him madam!"

"Oh no, its okay I read it in a book" Said the old woman.

So off she goes with her cat food only to return one week later, where the same young girl was serving again.

The girl asks "How may tins of cat food today"

"None, my husbands dead" said the old woman.

The girl is stunned and say's "I told you that you would kill him feeding him that stuff"

The old lady said " He did not die from that"

"What was the cause of death then" asked the girl

And the old lady replied "Oh, that's because he broke his neck when trying to lick his ar*e"

It has new plugs ,filters,& oil.It doesn't leak,smoke or dribble,the distributer cap and leads look OK, but the accelorater appears stuck when the car is first started.
