If you feel that you are dropping an unusual amount of hair, the first thing you should do is see your doctor. There may be a medical reason for it.

If there is no medical reason, then you can attempt to try some of the over-the-counter products. No one can tell you which one because the only way to find the one that works for you is by trial and error and, truth be told, none may work at all. At that point, you have to either choose to go with the flow or go for a hair transplant.

Please see you doctor first to see if there is a medical basis for your hair loss.
